Amazing experience at a beautiful property. Easily accessible via the main road. Vehicle parking was available inside the property. Followed appropriate health guidelines during the Check-in and also during our stay. Room was comfy and had all the required facilities. Rooms had the nice view of beach and the sea. Long swimming pool was there. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant with so many food varieties.

It's not a crowded place so you can enjoy your stay very peacefully. We came here by checking all other reviews and I can gurantee that yes all those positive reviews are true and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The rooms are in a nice location where you can have an view of sea and pool. You can dip in the sea and get in to pool after taking a 2 minute walk and the place is well maintained. Food is good and for vegetarians you will get limited options. Amazing property it is on the beach front!

Had a wonderful time at this place, staff were extremely friendly and responsive. They always asked us about our experience, be it at the restaurant, spa, pool area or lobby. A special mention to one of the staff members who worked in the restaurant, a one Mr. Sajith. He was wonderful, excellent service, always smiling and asking us how our food/day was. The buffet could use a little variety as we were there for 3 nights and there was a lil repetition. Overall good experience, thank you!

We've had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Everything is perfect including a nice , clean and comfy room, buffet with a wide variety of selection and the tasty. All the staff members are supportive and friendly. Highly recommended and we will visit again.

Staff was very friendly and service was great and professional. Very tasty food. We loved everything during our stay. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much in the Deluxe room. It has 50m long pool which you can enjoy a swim with the sea breeze. Isuru Eranda who served was very professional and friendly. It is not a good time for swimming in the ocean as the sea is rough.

This is a fantastic hotel with an apparent attention to detail to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. It's a nice hotel. I received a room with a view of the water, which was wonderful to wake up to. The hotel's personnel are really accommodating, and the facility is clean. The food and beverage manager, Mr. Dasun, is kind and helpful. Our youngsters benefit from the services of lifeguards as well. The pillows and beds are both quite comfortable. And the bathroom and shower are fantastic! The restaurant's food is excellent, and the wait staff is courteous and professional. Overall, this is a terrific hotel that is both edgy and welcoming.

Had a lovely time at this resort. We were provided with a free upgrade to deluxe room. The highlight of the stay was the room which was huge and lovely with a huge balcony and a spacious bathroom. The location of this resort is also amazing. Very close to the beach. The buffet spread is also huge here. Lot of items to choose from however taste of a few items could have been better. Service overall at the hotel was very good. We were taken care of very well. Couple of feedbacks to the hotel is that they are aging and the rooms probably need an uplift. Also hotel water was a bit of an issue on Day 1 because hot water runs on Solar. If the sky is cloudy or overcast, there is no hot water. The hotel has to work on fixing this. Overall, I will recommend this place.

Wonderful place if you love the beach. You can step out and the beach is right there. Beautiful views clean and scenic beach. Kids had a great time. Lots of turtle research centers to visit. The hotel has friendly staff. Rooms are big has a nice view. The room doors need to be upgraded with door stoppers or showers because they close extremely fast for the beach wind..which could cause serious injury if someone's hand or finger was kept.

Staff were very good. But overall general standards other hotels have. This hotel did not. Not 100% maintained. Food was always cold. Beach was not clean. But overall a good hotel and good location.

Best resort at Bentota beach.. presidential suite is amazing with best views. The staff is friendly and hospitable. They offered a free room upgrade. The cuisine is also great which offers a wide variety of Indian and other cuisine. The beach is very near by. Only thing is room needs fumigation as found many ants on wooden flooring. Overall good place to stay.

Great experience, especially great view from deluxe rooms. Many people trying to sell things at beach and pool, quite annoying, they shouldn’t be let into the hotel. Drinks and food a bit too expensive a la carte. Breakfast not so great but dinner really good!! Very quiet hotel, no evening activity, perfect for people looking for rest. Really beautiful beach.

We stated 3 nights here with a group of 15 persons from Iran. We really had a great time there in our last days of 11 days tour in Srilanka. Rooms was clean, service was good. Great restaurant with variety of foods. They have a good pool and great beach also. I really recommend this hotel. ♥️

I loved this place. We got a free upgrade to the deluxe room with sea view. It was phenomenal. The service was great. The view, beach and the pool was top! The buffet was huge. Spa prices were too expensive tho. And you were not allowed to swim in the beach, as the waves were too strong. I definitely would recommend staying at this place.

Went on a much needed family vacation with 5 little kids- best hotel and service! Every buffet was amazing, the restaurant staff even asked if they could make special food for my littlest one, they brought the high chair without asking, extremely kind and accommodating! Relative good Value for the price you pay. Lobby area not that attractive (need to be more clean) outdoor deck was huge and nice. (Had a bit of construction going on) easy access to the beach just in front of the hotel. Had a long pool with a volleyball net. We had a deluxe on the 3rd floor offering a great undisturbed view of the ocean. A very big room with a big bathroom. I was surprised by the Jacuzzi. I have been to many large scale hotels that did not have this luxury. The room and bathroom had a lovely setup. They had used a lot of wood which was a great improvement. The food was also better than expected. Staff were friendly, room and amenities great. They had two 500ml (smallest bottle) complimentary water bottles in the room, but charged for any additional water bottles requested, which was the only downside. Overall experience was great!

This is where I started my electrical work. Everywhere in this hotel I still remember. A place full of everything. Every electric panel here is still remembered today. 2013 was a beautiful year.

Perfect getaway for a couple or family looking to sit back and relax. The deluxe room was a steal for the price point. The food was just right, with a good selection for a health nut who tracks macros 😁. The staff was friendly and attentive. Oh and hats off to the cleaning staff, sanitation process was on point.

This hotel has very poor customer service. And it’s the first hotel that asked us to make the full payment as soon as we came. Which is something we have never experienced. We saw this kind of an action in this hotel only. There was no one to welcome us let alone even serve a welcome drink. We respect the COVID safety precautions taken but we were asked to not use the pool a few minutes before our checkout time and were basically called to come out of the room after 5 minutes past the checkout time. This was a first too. The management should know how to give their best service to their guests and not order the guests around. It wasn’t even done in a friendly manner. Management is very bad. However the rooms were excellent. Apart from that everything else were a level below of what Is expected out of a 4 star hotel. And this was quite a disappointment. And i strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family stayed there for 4 days including the Christmas Eve...the service levels are commendable as the staff was very very responsive and catered to all our requests. The large balcony and the stunning view from 3rd floor was really nice..food was fab..one place which we all want to come back again. Loved it

All rooms are facing to sea you can have the grate view all time. Only 20m to sea. They have large swimming pool so no issue even it crowded. Friendly staff all helpful woking with simile faces😊. I came for half bord breakfast was outstanding really delicious. Dinner hope need more variety( might these days struggling). My final conclusion is, it gives worth for the money. Hope to visit again.

It's very nice hotel. You see the ocean view straight across the lobby once you set foot inside the building. The hotel rooms were very cozy and felt luxurious, and the one I stayed in faced toward the swimming pool, which was also really nice. The only part of my stay which I found worth improving was the buffet; dinner especially. Food variants weren't that great, and the staff needed to be more attentive on the availability of the food items. Nonetheless, I highly enjoyed my stay over here.

It was a great stay! Great beach even though it was a bit of rough sea when we were there. Good and friendly staff with great hospitality. We felt like the staff was was really good, as they took great care to not to repeat same food every day. We went on a weekday, so there weren't many guests. But I guess weekends are bit crowded than that. There was no buffet due to less (no) crowed, but we had the privilege of getting served to the room. Which we very much liked. They even took great care to not get the food too cold. It's quite sad to see that Covid hit these kind of great places too hard, as we noticed that most of the good hotels around the area are now permanently closed. Anyway, I wish the hotel staff and the management good luck. Keep up the good work! 👍
