The store is clean and managed well. Love the cashiers, especially Anita. Everyone makes shopping at Nob Hill a great experience.

Nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce in the Asian section.

Dislike that they have closed off one entrance/exit. Makes it feel like the store is not safe. This used to be a clean and pleasant place to shop but it's dirty and dingy.

I visit the bakery department the young lady working there was so rude. I ask her what kind of flavors the cakes were I hardly got a response from her. She never made the effort to meet my needs I had to ask her to help me she just ignored me. I ended up taking a cake not knowing what I purchased. I got home and didn’t like the cake I wish I would have known what options they had. I think if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work at all. They lost me as a customer I’m never paying a buck for their rude customer service I am very upset.

Less crowded than Safeway more variety too. The online ordering app is pretty good and they bring your cart out to your car and load it in for you! Update: Nice people load the groceries and they update their app fairly often. They have a large wine selection and a good discount on 6 bottles.

So happy I found this store last year after we moved to this county. I've been shopping at Raleys and Bel Air for over 40 years, and this Nob Hill (part of Raleys family), has some of the friendliest and most helpful employees I've encountered. Decent selection, clean, and usually not too crowded when I'm there. Easy parking, too.

This 5-star is mostly for the sandwich maker. She rules - she's quick, busts her butt for rude customers all day and STILL makes a bomb sandwich. Give her a tip jar. The rest of the store is fine. Kinda overpriced, but that's why foodmaxx is nearby

Bring your own bags ! (We are from the east coast so this was obviously a surprise . Though, I do agree with the idea!) It’s a small store, but it has everything you need and some. Organized and clean. Staff is helpful. Another change from coast to coast- they have alcohol in the store!

Pricier than Safeway, Service is great. I really like their bakery and meat department. Produce is always fresh. Best selection of beer in town. Lines sometimes get really backed up but worth the wait.

I see no reason to ever shop at Safeway again. What a complete pleasure. Helpful staff, clean store, designed in a way that actually makes sense, and right next door to a pharmacy if you need it.

I have a love hate relationship with NH. They have the products i need, but the quality of produce is atrocious for the price. When the seafood dept closes early they don't package a variety of seafood to put in their refrigerators. Makes absolutely no sense why they don't think about doing that. Staff is generally very friendly.

Love this store when we visit nearby hotels and need item.

80yrs old in nursing facility food here inedible thanks to raleys I am able to eat good quality food. The service is second to none.

They took away the handicap parking by the front door . My husband is 90 years old and uses a cane. It is very inconvenient to walk by all those unused parking places, There are a lot of elderly people who shop at this store.

This place is always a hit or miss. Never know if my wifi will work in there, never know if products are gonna be there, sometimes you get great service other times I'm left to fend for myself. I do love the fresh produce and meat dept.
