One of the places in Aluthkade street foods with in house dining facilities. The charcoal grilled BBQ Chicken is exceptional here. Half chicken portion is priced LKR 980.00 and it is served with a Naan Rotti, Onions, Tomatos, Cabbage and a piece of lime as well. The BBQ sauce and cream sauce is highly appreciated. The portion suits two people and its is really delicious. Interior is clean and safe for kids as well. However, I suggest to purchase botttled water if you are not sure about the hygeine of the tap water. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Wow no words to describe the experience I got from this dish. Just for 1500 rupees. 2 nan roties and big chicken piece and 2 sauces plus the cabbage and tomatoes. When the sauses mixed together the flavours SPLENDID. Definitely you should try this. Highly recommended at Aluthkade ❤️💯🤤. Space is available to dine in inside and since its grilled on the spot with charcoal can assure its hygiene and served hot 🔥.

Pudukade. What can you expect. Street food. Fresh meal. Hygiene is questionable but why worry. Worth for money again questionable. Depends on your income level. Portion is enough for one or two. Good experience but worry in my head. Experience something i never expected anyone to do but Barbecue Nation is practising. After we had our meal which we enjoyed, the server put the left over chewed up bones to a bag and handed it over to a begger who was by the road side. I asked him what he was doing he asked whether i am taking the bones. I TOLD HIM NO! and ASKED HIM TO THROW IT TO THE BIN. Very casually he replied that they give the beggers. The begger accepted with a smile which surprised me. Listening to all this was my better half who immediately order a naan rotti and handed it over to the begger with some cash. Sad thing is the restaurant owner in Pudukade area even the Barbecue Nation owner can afford to arrange a meal for some begger in the area for free without giving the left over food waste. Shame

Food very tasty as others have mentioned. Flavours were good and sauces kicked it up a notch. We grabbed the half chicken and two rotis for 1500 lkr. Went to pay and asked how much and was given the price ad handed over the money but then server asked me to help him out. We're from a non tipping country and perhaps because we were foreigners he wanted a bit extra. Other than that the facilities are what one can expect with street food. If in doubt ask for price up front as no prices were displayed.

Great bbq chicken here...parking and dine in maybe a bit difficult. A street food joint. You get half BBQ chicken with salad two sauces and naan. They serve soft drinks too.

The Best Spot for BBQ in Aluthkade Sri Lanka.

I asked for barbecue sauces like green chutney (sauce) the owner of the restaurant replied with a rude and hateful response "this is not India this is sri Lanka if you don't like you can go" I hoped that if I made my introduction, he might be embarrassed because he doesn't know that I am belonging to Muslim family(Pakistan), These people selling their religion or food do not know.

The taste is amazing...... very underrated place.....
