Keells store is always good 👍 but the problem is stuff service is extremely bad service. They don't care about the customer service or customers. They always on their phone or talking with their friends and lovers 🙄. Very disappointed 😞. I think the management team has to take immediate action or they will loose lots of customers and business.

I had a rather odd experience today at Kerawalapitiya Keells. Usually I give my mom's nexus number and have always done so. Today the cashier refused to take it and she said they have a free promotion and she will give me a card for the phone number I have on hand. I said I don't want it and I wanted to use my mom's number but she kept pushing so I thought it's free so what's the harm. There was a long queue and I didn't check the bill and came home and when I checked it she has charged me Rs. 200 for the card. This is very unprofessional, lying to the customer to meet your daily targets or whatever. Very disappointed.

Please help the trainees at the counters. Some staff members are not so good. Have to Train them well.

Car parking is there. Can buy fresh iteams there

If you pay by Credit card, check before you purchase items. Because sometimes they will say CC not accepting. That's only after you come to the counter. Keells management must educate branches how to accept CC payments manually through auth code.

Very unhygienic just like road markets. They clean the vegetable racks with the broom used to clean the floor. When packing the bread, they don’t use gloves. The supervisor only knows how to say sorry but doesn’t change the staff’s attitude. What’s the difference between a supermarket and the road shops if they can’t be hygienic?

The first time I entered, I felt like I had entered a wonderful world. Although the institution is located in a busy place, it is very quiet inside. All items are properly sorted and neatly packaged. The staff is also friendly. Having planned to go only once, I now get most of my household items from here. Loyalty members also receive additional discounts. However, the bag rack at the entrance should be upgraded. It will helpful to better quality service to the customer. Highly recommended.

Be careful in Bakery items prices. Some are displayed less and billing high

Good for grocery shopping. Winery also there until 9pm

Big outlet in Hendala, Wattala area. Got sufficient car park and usually crowded during evening hours. The bakery here provide 50% off if you buy items after 8pm.

Poor customer service. The worst Keells branch in my opinion(Mattakuliya is the best). Hard to find fresh vegetable. Staffs are not friendly.

Been there several times. There are lot of trainee staff rather than trained staff. But they are helpful. All the items are categorised and labeled. Their cooked food are delicious and affordable. Has a good parking space. Easy to find.

You can park your vechicle at Keells car park and shopping and also cross the road and you will meet ReSource Bank. You all can handover your segregated solid waste to there. Be a member of ReSource bank and bring household waste there to gain points.

As always keells is best for fresh vegetables, you can shop all groceries and essential in under one roof, support staffs are always care about customers well being, overall best branding in Sri Lanka.

Got into a embarrassing situation, as they did not know how to accept Max Loyalty Rewards (Online) voucher & gad to for almost 30 minutes at the cashiers point. I called Com bank customer services & got it soughted😔

All the safety precautions were available. and neat too.
