We had a birthday party last night, and the Raffles team handled the event. They were punctual and well organized, and the team on site was very professional. Not to forget the delicious and fresh food! From the initial call to marketing, the follow-up calls to the dinner itself; it was super service overall from the Raffles team.

The place was very good and attractive.. the food was good..the staff was friendly.. can accomadate around 200 ppl comfortably in the reception hall... a good parking space available ..

You may perfect your meal by ending up with their classic chocolate mousse.( love the smooth texture) I should state that they have an excellent customer service too. Thanking the catering team along with Shashini who coordinated an outdoor high tea setting between the wedding mass and reception on 23 April 2021 at St Mary’s Dehiwela. I have zero complaints and 100% satisfaction on the overall service. Their menu coupled with ice coffee was just amazing !!! Hope you continue to keep up the standard. We did Uber eats for a vegetarian lunch and tge person who got it said he just got horrible polos, halmasso theldala, and Malay pickle. Now we didn't order anything like that. We just ordered a lunch packet that said vegetarian food, which cost us 920. He said it was really horrible. Why would this place do this, when he us a vegetarian and sending something this terrible? So disappointing. You can check as it went 1st Lane, Nawala Road. People like these restaurants should be banned from operating. I have to give at least 1 star even to post this, y would I give a star for pathetic food

We had an event yesterday and got raffles to cater. We went with the Mongolian menu. The staff arrived at the venue well in advance to set up the place. They were very professional with what they do. Tables way laid out nicely. The food was really good. Our guest loved the fact that food was prepared in front of them, the way they wanted it. The staff gave a really 5 start service. I recommend their services to anyone who is having a home functions like birthdays, anniversary dinners etc.

We had our wedding reception hosted at the Raffles in January, 2023, and would like to thank the Raffles team for the immense support they gave us to make our day truly memorable. We hosted the event at their Sahara Lounge which was ample to comfortably host our small contingent of 80 guests. It’s a beautiful venue for a medium size gathering with a good ambience. The venue was nice and clean. All the staff at Raffles was very warm and accommodating and they did their best to help us host a memorable wedding. We felt welcomed from the first moment we went there and we are truly grateful for their hospitality. Our dedicated event manager from the Raffles team, Ms. Nirmali, was truly a blessing. She looked into every aspect of the event and kept us in the loop. She was truly a good example of what Raffles stands for, Excellence! Nirmali helped us with the event co-ordination, floor planning and even hosted us a complimentary food tasting where we got a first-hand experience on some of the food we were going to serve. This also gave us the opportunity have a one-to-one with their Exec-Chef, Mr. Sugath, who helped us to finalize our event menu. The cherry on the cake is their amazing food, which is second to none at any 5 Star hotel in Sri Lanka. It was truly delicious and all the guests complimented on the mouth-watering spread they had prepared for us. Sugath and his team deserves a Michelin Star for the food they serve there. A special vote of thanks goes to Mr. Mohan, Nirmali, Exec-Chef Sugath, Chef Chaminda, AM F&B Walikala who prepared the venue for us with such dedication along with his F&B staff Pasindu, Shiva & Dasun. You guys truly made our day and we both are very grateful to all of you at Raffles. You all are a credit to your establishment. Finally, I have no hesitation in recommending Raffles to anyone.
