I am a regular customer of Devi Jewellers and brought many pieces of jewellery. Until yesterday I thought they were good in service. But the truth is they will treat you well only when you spend a huge amount of money (or if you are buying new jewellery). Yesterday, I went to do a length correction of a bracelet I brought for my mother a few months ago from Devi Jewellers. After entering the jewellery, the person at the entrance asked for the need and instructed us to wait for our turn. We waited around 1.5 hours for our turn, but they provided service to the customers who came later than us, and they provided merely dump excuses for their actions. After 1.5 hours, when we got a turn, the employee refused to do the change and asked to come on another day to fix that. They could have simply asked me to come another day without wasting my time. It is good to learn about Devi Jewellers this way, and it is my time to find a better jeweller with better service even though a few bucks are more.

Never trust their words. your are the biggest FOOL if you are going to devi jewellers. in 2013 We bought our wedding our wedding rings and a week ago when I visited your branch to do some changers . But you refused to help us saying "there is no devi logo" in it. So the only possibility how this happen is, you have sold 2nd hand ring to us in 2013 by laying as a brand new rings made by you. shame on you. We will never buy anything from your silly shop.

They had a good collection. But very expensive, but we wouldn't recommend placing orders for custom jewelry. They mishandled our wedding jewelry. We had selected a design from them and simply requested a size adjustment, but they ended up making it twice the size and the quality didn't meet our standards. The finishing was below our expectations, and we were highly disappointed with their service. It seems they only maintain a false reputation. do not recommend this place

They had a huge collection of jewellery and seeing the positive reviews, I went there a couple of years back. My impression was not that great. They were very unwilling to take orders and insist that you buy from the collection that they already have. They also do now weigh the gold items in front of you. As a customer, I think transparency is important. Compared to the market rate of gold, they charge a lot and that's probably because they have a lot of sales people sitting idle in the store. I was also not happy with the quality of one of the items that I bought. I will for sure not return to this store in the future.

Very good customer service. Suthakar took time and great care to show us as many designs as possible and to answer all our questions. The store has its own car park too which is an added bonus considering how busy Sea Street gets.

The best collection of gold jewellery. Each and every design is so unique. Their customer service is usually so pleasant. Devi Jewellers has been a frequent choice for my family. However, recently, my mother and I were treated rather indifferently and almost with lack of enthusiasm by one salesman Mr. Ramanan, who we presume is new and didnt reognize us. We quite didn't like his approach, so we left and purchased another store in the proximity- which although didnt have a good collection, had the best customer service. We were a little disappointed and hope to see improvement soon.

They provide warm welcome with an awesome ushering and assistance. Price was also reasonable and the main issue was the vehicle parking. You may have to park your vehicle at nearby Chamers car park and need to take a tuk tuk. Updated: extremely busy during weekends. Waiting time is around 1-2 hours. Eventhough staff is friendly, customers outnumbered them!

Bad Quality and Worst Customer Service. I bought two rings recently, one for myself and one for my wife. On the first day, one of the stones was missing in my wife’s ring. However, they replaced it free of charge after two weeks. After a month, another stone was missing from my ring. I do not recommend buying items from Devi, as their quality is very poor, and I have had a terrible customer service experience.

Great place but i had bad situation in bag counter. Be Careful about the token because i don't got the number but can't even remember his fault . Finally he found that that token near to him. But he did not apologized to him mistake. I am really disappointed about that service. And no one helped me to manage that situation.
