If your are a university student, We already come here with so many financial issues but some inhuman behaviors like the owner in this boarding gonna still broke you down. The rooms are already expensive. There should be some control taken by some officials regarding this like what they do for other business. As we students rush to get rooms these owners say whatever the amount they wish for. ( sad truth ) If you really wanted to stay peacefully have a proper clean agreement (written) with the owner if not you gonna loose more money . Or else they charge you unnecessarily ( scam ). As said by many no humanity exist the owner totally depend on money. And next sanitary facility is poor. So take time don’t rush to get rooms there. There are so many places outside close to university. And all those 5 star reviews above and below also might be a scam. Do not fall into traps

They expect only money. Very small rooms and there are 6 persons in each room.

This boarding is not healthy place. They charge for all months during corona pandemic situation. They are very guilty. They need only money from students. They don't have any humanity. They don't provide healthy facility for what fee they charge from university students.

This place is good for those who are looking clam place to study. But the rooms are in excellent condition compared to budjet rooms in other places. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, The place is calm and easy to access. owner is good and provide a good service.parking facility available here. The best place for university students.

Absolutely that was very disgusting place and this is only for science students.. 😂so they say its not gave for another faculties.. please don't go for this place to get a boarding place and.. they also want only money... very unhealthy and unpleasant place.. ( ටිකිරි- name was very friendly but their work schedule is very crazy )

The Place is really really worst, university students, those who need a room, never hurry up to that boarding, you willl lose more money, They will tell you that, they have many facilities, water bill, electricity bill will be paid by them and gym facilities, But dont blindly fall into the traps, Think twice before putting the signature in your agreement. The above photos uploaded under the others review are only one room, All the other rooms are really worst. They do a big scam by the rooms. We too fell into that scam. thats why i am sharing this. Their business is on your Advance Key Money you are going to pay. They will give small rooms for more people. For 1 month, it will go smoothly. After one month, you will start to face many problems. That rooms are not hygiene for 5 people And their plan is to get you up from the room within 4months. You cant study in those rooms. In rainy times, the whole place will be a mess. The first impression will be really good looking, but after the days pass, you will realise. Money money money. Only the Money is their Motive. As some reviews were saying that theres no Humanity, thats really really True Don't Trust the local Guides' reviews If you dont believe, then you can go to that boarding at your own risk.

Very unpleasant owner. When I asked him about accommodation he rude to me. Never recommended.he was drinking alcohol in the house.very unsafe for residents.prices may be high.owner is full of money craving animal.

Too expensive to stay for short period. However It's a better place to stay during campus studies. Because It is a boarding house for university boys only.

It was the most disgusting place I've ever been. A bunch of my university friends used to stay there, and they couldn't even move out after moving in since the owners made them sign a contract for 12 months. There had been too many mosquitos to the point that they could no longer stay without a mosquito net. The area was too small for and there was only one room for 8, but the boarding cost was too high compared to those poor facilities. There had been a lot of noises from the owners, thus my friends were unable to study well in there.

But the problem is the university students helpless and they haven't solution for boarding place. And the thing is the location is near to university of kelaniya, kiribathgoda town and hunupitiya railway station too. That's the reason boys stay this place
