The customer service sucks! I had a ring made which I loved however he never contacted me to tell me it was finished. I really wish I would have spent all that money with a different jeweler! I tried to have him order other rings and still haven’t heard from him honestly take the time to leave town to find somewhere else, Because this place is slow as molasses and doesn’t respect you, unless you have a certain last name clearly! I’ve been to several jewelry stores since and got what I was looking for in two weeks compared to the 8months it took for this place to get my ring made and then not contact me to even say it’s done!

My rings have never looked so good! I dropped them off for resizing, and they fit perfectly. While resizing, they did a close inspection and fixed loose diamonds and broken tips. A bit on the expensive side compared to my old jeweler, but you really do get what you pay for. I would definitely use again.

I came in to see if they could repair my poor ring that had been jammed between a door and tile floor. 💀 Thankfully, even with it being twisted and missing diamonds, it was salvageable. I was able to pick it up by the end of the week at an affordable price. It's now polished and beautifully restored. I'm very happy with my service here!
