    Had the workers argue with me not once but TWICE. Last time I went there and will EVER go there, the manager shut the window on my face because HER workers messed up my order and instead of fixing it she tried charging me MORE money for food I didnt order. Completely rude and she was incredibly unprofessional. Never have been treated this way. Mind you I was super nice about it trying to explain I didnt order that. Instantly got attitude and they were trying to charge me more money after ALREADY charging me. absolutely nuts. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    First, the lobby looked open, but wasn't. I wish McDonald's would keep their lobbies open a couple of hours later in the case of most stores. This one doesn't have lobby hours posted on the door like most McDonald's I go to for DoorDash do. So, I wasted time parking and trying the door - crossing the lot to get to the sidewalk instead of there being any parking by the building. Sure, most of us could use the extra steps, but I was in hurry otherwise I wouldn't have been stopping for *fast* food. I have better things to spend my tiny income on than an overpriced ball of grease when I have kids to feed and an ex who can't be bothered to buy a hairbrush or floss for them for his house, so please make my experience worth it. With no customers whatsoever (waiting at the window or otherwise) and at least 3 employees "working", I waited more than 5 minutes at the first drive-thru speaker. I even tried getting someone's attention with a polite, "hello?" just in case my van didn't signal any of the employees I was there after waiting a couple of minutes. Finally, I pulled up to the 2nd speaker (why are there 2 in the same lane??) and repeated the process. I do know how to use a drive-thru effectively, I'm a DoorDasher who was taking a "quick" break. Waiting probably lost me $10 more in orders than I should have missed out on by taking a break. I was finally acknowledged because I loudly asked if someone finally got on the speaker when another car pulled up behind me to the 1st speaker and was greeted immediately. That is what finally brought my presence to the attention of the staff, hearing me through the other speaker. The other person was still talked to 1st even though I had been waiting long enough to be ready to pull up to the window to find out whether the speakers were broken or if the store was closed, but I don't think they actually bought anything. My burger was cold even though I custom ordered it to not have pickles and I have to say I'm not feeling very well from eating it. It was the only thing I ordered and I parked to eat it right away, so it should have been warm, not cool and overly slimy with grease. Yes, I know, McDonald's food is greasy, don't order it if you don't like greasy food, but this was over the top. Sitting in the parking lot finishing this review (since it's where I parked to eat), I can now hear a different employee speaking to customers. I shouldn't be able to hear them from where I parked, especially not clearly. They haven't sounded friendly or even pleasant to any of the 8-12 customers that have come through since they took over the speaker. The final customer I witnessed as I was taking a couple of photos left immediately after their interaction with the person working the drive-thru speaker.

    The guy that handed me my food needs some Customer Service training.. he doesn’t say a word.. just hands you the food, he always looks mad and when you say thank you.. he doesn’t even respond!..Although he didn’t even deserve a thank you, I thanked him anyway. I work in the Customer Service field and I know how he should be treating the Customers!.. He needs training quickly!!!

    System is always “down” and they only accept cash after 9pm I swear. It’s just a way to not work overnight. Pulled up to Wendy’s and they taking in everybody. So shiii I would rather spend my time in the Wendy’s line than McDonalds. Their fries ain’t going to be cold either

    Tonite went to this location ans was disappointed i ordered a medium coke with my meal I saw the space between the lid and drink thought what a-rip off . There prices are double Dissatisfied. When I asked at the window why so low on soda he just shrugged his shoulders and shut the window. At drive up I asked him could he prt more in cup he said no handed me my bag shut window again . I usually get a ice tea there every morning. Going somewhere else now

    They messed my order up the first time because they didn’t listen to what i ordered i had to go back because they gave me the wrong. Then when i go back to get it correctly they gave me the wrong thing once again so i had to park my car and go in if that’s the case why have a drive thru.. not to be racist but they need other races than Mexican because they don’t understand what your saying

    The manager here who happens to be a woman, attitude stinks “SEVERELY”. I don’t care if it’s a question you have to ask, if you’re ordering food whatever the case is her attitude is on a million. I had to cancel an Uber order here, because I didn’t want to transfer her stink attitude inside my vehicle. The order happened to be for an elderly person who got something wrong and I went to ask about the order her attitude stank all over the place. She needs to be re trained, because her attitude runs people away. I’ve never confronted her, but I always refund my money or don’t take a courier’s order if she’s here she will literally make herself seen just to give you an attitude. After last night, because she seems to be working the second shift, I will not return there EVER! And I was going to take my kid to the play area after school, don’t care too.

    Horrible experience did Mobile order with curbside pick up. Got my order looked like everything was there when I got home home found out they forgot a 20 piece nugget. Went back the guy at the register looked high out of his mind. Told them the situation he threw his hands in the air said it wasn’t me cuz. A manager said I needed to bring my bag back with with all my food to prove they forgot my 20 piece nuggets had a big order spent $60 I will never give this location my business or suggest this location.

    If you ever decide on wanting to order at the time of 10 PM-12 AM, just know you will come across a Karen who's a Manager and says that the would only do DoorDash or Uber around that time. With her being very lazy, I'm surprised how she still gets paid even when her service is bad. But during the day it is fine, there aren't issues. But again if you plan on ordering around evening/midnight, just don't. Try going to the McDonalds on Green Bay road. Not to mention this lady has been working there for 3-4 years now. Back in 2020 during covid times, I was doing DoorDash orders via my bicycle and there is NO rule that says "You can't use your bicycle for the drive thru." But at that time she refused to take my UBER order because I need to be in a car. This is by far the worst place to get McDonalds from. Not to mention how when you get soda it will be not filled all the way up.

    The System was down! They were taking our order and guessing at the price 😡 they said our 1 Lg fry and 1 Frappuccino was $9.50 ! Horrible just Horrible! They should just close .Or maybe use a calculator 🤔

    They are never open at night, today is may 3rd and they aren't open, wjen they are open they are only accepting cash 5 hours of the night. Google says they are open 24 hr and it was updated by the business 1 week ago. Mcdonalds yall need to do better!

    Cashier lacked any type of expression or desire to take our order. Kids area, tables were dirty and no one came in at all to clean them while we were there. Only ourselves and a family of 5 were there the whole time. I looked at the tables in the regular seating area and they were clean. Food was cold and barely eat able. My crispy chicken had to have been fried in oil twice because the color was sooo dark and when I bit into, I bit into a bone. They need more personable people to make you feel that they appreciate you being there. Just not a pleasant t experience at all.

    Literally stood in front of cashier for 5min till i asked him are you taking orders as he look the other way and said yes i am 🤭(So weird) Francisco is his name. Food is always old and cold . only come for the playplace

    Got there about 5am for breakfast. Looked closed from the front but drive-thru was lighted. Food was rdy before I got to window & was fresh and hot! Was impressed! Just looked closed due to poor lighting, almost went back home.
