A great place for good treats, all natural. My favorite is always Island Green. My daughter had the blimey limey and she loves it. Love the new flavor - starfruit. Very refreshing. Store is clean. Staff is friendly and quick.

Husband and I have always loved tropical smoothie cafe . Unfortunately after today I don’t think I’ll be able to ever see this restaurant the same again . I made a online order and my chicken chipotle flat bread had cheese that already had gone bad(sour,rotten) I had to find out by eating some of it and automatically noticing the gross taste and smell. . I was very hungry and now I just feel sick , nauseous and my appetite has been ruined. . Who ever is in charge of checking all the merchandise had one job only . The gross smell can be detected when near it , don’t understand how this was not noticed while making my food . Upset and disappointed is a understatement …

Amazing place to get a tasty fruity drink and a delicious treat early in the morning or late at night from friendly customer service. Outdoor seating available. Limited parking because of neighboring businesses.

This is first TSC review I have been able to do. Let me get into it! The food is exactly the same as the other TSC in lake bluff. I love the detox island green. It is very very good. I like how consistent it is. The flavor and taste is amazing and I could have it every day if I wanted! The service was really not the greatest. My co worker and I stood around for along time which was odd since the one in lake bluff seemed to be much different! I liked the one in lake bluff since it seemed like the customer service was better there. The atmosphere or ambiance like I call it, it was much nicer here it’s looked really modern and clean! Overall, check out TSC for a good smoothie!

Went to Tropical Smoothie today to get an Island green smoothie. The young man that made my smoothie made extra and I asked if I could have the overage if they would just throw away. He said no he couldn’t and threw the remaining smoothie in the sink right in front of me. Help me understand the logic here. You rather throw it away than give it away as samples or give the customer that paid already the extra.

Holy cow-I've never been there until today, and I can't wait to go back! Such a delicious smoothie and wrap, and combo was a great lunch deal! I got a Peanut Butter Cup smoothie with Kale added and a Caribbean Jerk wrap and some sun chips and it was such a yummy lunch!! (I spent $18 including tip if that helps to know pricing) I called because I wasn't sure how to pick up my order and they were amazing and ran it out to my car so I didn't have to lug my kiddos in with me. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!

Save your money! I tried a few of their smoothies and didn’t like any. They all tasted rather bland. Today I actually asked if there’s any real fruit in my tropical sunshine smoothie because I saw them adding some powder, two pumps of liquid and lots of ice. The girl said yes, and that the “powder “ was actually sugar. I thought it was odd as one don’t need to add sugar if using real fruit! A shop with false pretenses and dubious quality.

The staff is very friendly. I have never had an issue. The smoothies are really good. I am now addicted to them! I have also had a few of the food items as well. Those were also very good.

The food is OK, but the smoothie is delicious. I ordered the Detox Greeny, and it's so good 👍

*Long Review Warning* First time here, and I'm not impressed. 2 stars only because the Hawaiian chicken wrap was horribly made.👎 When I unwrapped it, it looked good, smelled okay, but also noticeably off. I hoped it tasted better than it looked, nope! The chicken tasted old or not very seasoned, I hope it was just my taste buds, but I don't know. The Hawaiian citrus salad was too strong on the onions and too soagy, probably old🤮. For my son, I could've, and will make sure I do from now on, made the cheddar and ham wrap my dang myself. The fried corn was gross. I hope the other things I ordered for later are better and will update then. The only plus side is the huge smoothie you get, but even that was weird because it was stringy, it tasted good though. It was the dragon fruit smoothie. They move a bit slow paced on the food, smoothies were made fast, I don't know if that is everyday, but don't chance your luck here for a quick bite if you're in a rush. The inside was not very clean also. Used menus everywhere, flithy tables, floors dirty, ESPECIALLY on their side of the floor. Gross factor goes up😬. Maybe they're under staffed or something else, but the more I write this review makes me less and less interested in another try. And to be quite honest, when this location first opened I wasn't interested because who can't make a smoothie?! If it wasn't for the coupons that literally just came in the mail yesterday, I would've only tried a smoothie today. The cool factor is, the menu options are things you can easily make at home, but if out of ingredients or don't feel like it, you can go there. That's it for now, until later. Update: the 3 cheese chicken quesadillas was good. The sauce to dip it in was really good. The peanut butter and banana flat bread was also good.
