It would be like no stars or negative if I could... But no one should ever eat here when I was chewing on a nugget I found a hair but to me it was a public hair... And no way in hell it's mine bcuz I shave

This place is horrible. I went last year and dealt with a very rude manager. I called corporate and she refused to give me or corporate her name. Since it is a privately owned McDonald's they said they would have the owner reach out. He did. He apologized and sent me some coupons for a free combo meal. I went a tried to use them but the same rude manager and an associate she was previously laughing with told me it can only be used for either a big mac or a breakfast sandwich. The coupon clearly says any combo. I am just done with this place. I made another conplaint with corporate and plan on making another with the BBB. From reading other reviews I see their attitude is ALWAYS rude no matter how nice you are to them. I refuse to go here again. I take my money to Park City or North Chicago now.

I placed a mobile order and parked in a 'Curbside Pickup'. When my order didn't arrive in 15 minutes, I went inside. They said I ordered "Eating In". They would not give me a receipt to check. I left without food, without receipt, and without refund. I notified corporate through the app. Also, while talking to the employee about the issue, an elderly man kept talking over us from a booth. I would never eat inside this location as to the amount of panhandlers in and on the property. I will never go to this location again.

It's McDonald's, nothing too special to expect from them. The workers there always treat me nicely though. I usually order through the mobile 📱 app because when ordering through drive thru or even order through cashier many times order is either messed up or not as expected since they have times to get the order out by or ton of orders to make up within few seconds or minutes. Overall, nuggets and fries 🍟for me come out nice and fresh. Inside does get a bit crowded in the evening and weekends since the lake is right besides this location when there are events going on or just people wanting to grab a quick bite when going out at night 🌉 🌙! Parking is tight. Station of the drinks and napkins/straws area is never fully stocked or no flavor syrup in their drinks most of the time either but they get to it if address to satisfy customers.

This place needs to get it together. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees and when made aware of their mess up it took another 15 to get it fixed as they went on to deal with others. I was not the only person in there complaining that day

great location and a staple to the area. but like most things in waukegan, the worst experience is the locals themselves. honking to try to rush you in the drive thru. swearing at staff over ice cream machines being down. i know its rough working there.

Definitely would not go here again. The was a man in the bathroom who refused to come out. Although the staff was nice and the location was in decent shape.

I’ve ordered through a delivery service and both times months apart I’ve asked for extra onions and extra pickles on my cheeseburgers and there’s BARELY ANY AT ALL on both burgers!! The fries and buns were old and hard as well. So very disappointing.

Make it order to customize the sandwich on still people don’t really focus on what customers asking o request for the sandwich really unhappy the are talkin and talking not really putting effor about customers service managers need to see what are the employees are doing specially and the busy hours make it spent more time waiting for the sandwich to make it other sandwich omg

Good enough as far as McDonald's are concerned. Slow, but the kids enjoyed the food. It's a shame they don't offer any real gluten free options. You can have a burger patty, but that's about it.

What can I say about mcds. Always get your order wrong. But for some reason I always seem to come back because it is so convenient. But now they are getting to expensive so the convenience is not worth it.

I have never had an issue. The food is always hot, and you get what you pay for. If you have a problem, they always make up for it grate place to eat.

I order from this McDonalds more than I should..lol. I get DoorDash because I don't drive(epilepsy sucks). My food is almost always hot and correct. One thing that makes me irritated is they tend to forget straws all the time. Luckily I have straws at home but if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to drink my frappe. Other than that, I have no complaints. This location is extremely busy, they get my order correct, staff has always been nice and now I want a frappe.

I usually order from here only because its closer to gf’s house never had an issue before since I always order through drive through until today it was really busy and a long car line so I went inside because I thought I would be in and out since I was only ordering a drink a Large Hi-C orange and well that wasn’t the case they weren’t able to give me a cup to fill my own drink after purchase because drug addicts and bums ruined it for everyone so you couldn’t fill your own drinks on the side and well it took them 8 minutes when everyone got their order and had left and they still asked me what I was waiting on I told them I only ordered a Large Hi-C orange nothing else no apology no compensation nothing for my long wait just for a drink I’ll just go someone else next time.

My food was fresh and hot. The pop was strong enough and the coffee was fresh.
