🤠🤗🌟🌟🌟🌟✔️Not a bad McDonald's, recently upgraded, it seems that a lot of vagrants hang around outside of the building. Probably due to the transient hotel next door and the busy Corner location at Green Bay and Grand Avenue which lends itself to panhandling. The facility itself is very clean, and most of the staff were efficient, although they were not as personable or engaging as the facility on North Lewis Avenue.✔️✔️✔️✔️

I cannot say too much bad things of McDonald's since it the same fashion food they have over decades. What I can say of this location is that they have gad different interior design sign. The kiosk are there in case no cashiers are attendant during busy hours. The issue though comes that if you do order through the kiosk then ask to grab a number for your order for the employee to bring it to you. They don't. You still have to get up to pick up your order. There really isn't a point to that. Other than that nothing bad overall of the location. It is just a quick grab and bite.

10 Stars! Absolutely outstanding! Ordered from the kiosk, grabbed a number and 1 min later they delivered the food to the table😀🤗🙃. I watched 6 huge ordered fly out the door. And team was mopping and cleaning. Everything was pipping hot. The most unexpected awesome service I have ever received in a fast food restaurant.

Quite honestly been hesitant about writing this review. I’ve tried and tried again to let them redeem themselves. After asking for ketchup, and being handed 8 packets of Mayo, I drew the line and didn’t even bother asking for my ketchup. It’s just annoying. It seems the employees are almost belligerent and don’t pay attention to anything. Multiple orders messed up and the up charge for sauce is the first I’ve ever seen or heard of. EVERY Other location offers them for free. I feel there needs to be new management and/or training.

I've been coming here for 5 years and never had a problem with the staff until today. The manager on duty was rude. I was having problems with a online order I placed and had screenshots of the time it was placed along with showing her the transaction went through and she told me "it's not my problem, figure it out" which I didn't appreciate

They have remodel this mc Donald's it super nice now check the before and now pic the staff are friendly and courteous excellent service every time I visit the restroom always clean. Fire place and television it's awesome there. You will find a few indifferent characters because of the hotel next to.

Customer service here was great. But that was the best point. Taste of the food was far from good. It's McDonald's, yeah, but it wasn't even McDonald's quality.

The only thing I purchase anymore IF I get something is fries. Their Salads use to be great. Now they come prepackaged & are no better than Walmart prepackaged Salads. Their Southwest Salad was my fav. I use to get at least two a week. Their big sign out front read their Salads were back. Excited, so I got one. Never again!! I'm not going back.
