Estimated
ready
time
was
4-7min.
Cool,
i
already
know
how
this
particular
Starbucks
rolls
(typically
slow)
so
I
arrive
at
the
10
min
mark.
There
is
sign
on
the
door
that
says
"dining
area
closed,
drive-thru
only)
and
the
door
is
locked.
I
see
3
employees
inside
working.
The
drive-thru
line
is
LONG!
It
took
over
20
min
waiting
in
the
drive-thru
line
to
get
my
drinks
which
by
that
time
had
to
be
sitting
for
30
min
so
you
can
imagine
their
condition.
The
drinks
were
seperated
&
watered
down
because
the
ice
had
melted.
I
ask
for
the
manager
but
only
the
shift
supervisor
is
available.
I
let
her
know
that
I
use
the
app
for
in
store
pickup
as
a
convenience
and
at
this
point,
I'm
totally
INCONVENIENCED.
I
suggest
that
they
disable
that
feature
if
they
can't
offer
it
because
I'm
not
the
only
customer
who
is
being
INCONVENIENCED
(I
witnessed
multiple
customers
walk
up
to
the
door
only
to
walk
back
disappointed
&
get
in
the
drive-thru
line).
Her
response
"I
can't
do
anything
about
that".
She
then
tries
to
hand
me
drink
that's
been
sitting
for
30min
&
I
tell
her
that
I
need
a
new
one
because
it
looks
unappetizing.
She
does
so
begrudgingly.
With
good
customer
service
she
would
have
never
handed
me
something
that
looks
like
that
&
the
first
thing
out
of
her
mouth
would
have
been
an
apology
and
something
to
the
effect
of
"thank
you
for
your
feedback,
I'll
pass
it
along
to
the
manager".
That
place
is
totally
unprofessional
&
doesn't
deserve
this
community
money.
