    "I recently visited the Starbucks in Waukegan and was impressed with my experience. The double bacon sandwich was heated to perfection and tasted fresh, and the decaf latte was just right. I appreciated the attention to detail and quality of both my food and drink. Overall, it was a great visit and I would highly recommend this Starbucks location."

    I was quite satisfied with both the open and closing times. The personnel was excellent, extremely professional, and well-organized. The coffee was also served hot. Location has plenty of parking, is clean inside and out, and has a pleasant atmosphere for meetings.

    There’s no point of ordering on the app to come in and pick it up at this location. You’re always inside waiting at least 10 minutes even tho you ordered your drink 10 minutes prior to picking it up. One drink with 3 ingredients. I feel like mobile orders come very last. I would have better luck waiting in the drive thru and get my drink faster. Two days in a row, the first girl was nice enough to ask me my name cause she saw me waiting awhile and then today the girl was just rude about it when I had to ask her. Ordering on the app is supposed to save people time not make them late for work.

    This is the worst Starbucks, I ordered ahead, came in and waited for awhile. There was no line in drive thru or at the counter. A few people came in after me and ordered at the counter. They received their orders way before I did. This isn’t the first time this has happened, it happens quite often but it’s the first time I’ve reviewed this location. The store looked fully staffed too. I will just be going to a different Starbucks moving forward.

    Been coming here ever since they opened.. I miss the old staff every time I went in there they knew my name they knew exactly what I wanted.. and she would kindly say my name and tell me the usual?? They would talk to me for long periods of time while working that's how good they were.. it's been a lot of change of staff during the years..oh tho I like the manager there now and the staff I truly miss the old staff.. not too happy with the remodeling I prefer the old style as well that's one of the reason why I stopped coming here.. it's almost like you have no privacy now it's wide out and open.. at least before there were little tables that were in the side and the back where you had a little more privacy.. but my favorite ones was the stool by the windows which was removed with the remodeling it was fun to sit close to the window and absorb everything that was happening while having a great cup of coffee.. that's one of the reason I prefer the one in Gurnee now because they still have the windows stools..other than that it's a great place great staff but I miss the old ones and the window stools so bad 😞

    Atmosphere is friendly and staff is personable. I am only refraining for month of June until they take down the LGBTQ+ pride flag. Though I love the people who involve themselves, I'm not proud of those practices and can't celebrate it.

    Drive up to my order, and worker has a complete nasty attitude with me. The lady with (glasses) and mid o older with low ponytail. When told it’s not polite to argue back with a customer for being rude she continues to do so. I let her know I will be speaking with her manager and tells me “go ahead”… if that’s just not complete garbage customer then I don’t know what is. At the end of the day I’m paying for my order and expect a polite service. Definitely have to do better Starbucks.

    Slow drive through, got out of line. Went inside, waited over 15 minutes for an iced coffee, while drive through kept moving. Needs faster staffing or more.

    The barista, Debby, helped me today and found what’s going to be my new go to fall drink! I don’t come often and really needed a recommendation. Debby listened to all my preferences and then suggested an almond honey flat white and had me taste it to make sure I liked it. It was the perfect cozy drink and Debby was just such a delight to my day. Thank you!!

    1st time I've ordered at any Starbucks. I was ill several weeks ago my daughter introduced me to Medicine Ball with extra honey and peppermint. The guy to took my order was pleasant he asked how was my day . I laughed at 1st . I told him I was sick with the flu he jumped and am I safe We both it off and I told him I had the flu and I was out picking up mote meds. He definitely has great people skills. Awesome experience

    Poor customer service. Extremely disappointed. No friendly faces nor approaches . First Starbucks I ever been too that wasn’t welcoming at all . Not to sure if your cashier was having a bad day . But she’s definitely not customer service friendly. May 5,2023 REGISTER 1 @ 1:23pm I’d advised that you teach train and develop this associate and if she’s Management then I advise for URGENT TRAINING .

    I went inside to order my drink on 4th of july and there was no one in line and the workers were just standing there getting distracted by discussing their lunch food and took long to take my order. The lady in the cashier wasn’t doing her job ( septum with glasses).

    Ordered via the app for IN STORE PICKUP. Estimated ready time was 4-7min. Cool, i already know how this particular Starbucks rolls (typically slow) so I arrive at the 10 min mark. There is sign on the door that says "dining area closed, drive-thru only) and the door is locked. I see 3 employees inside working. The drive-thru line is LONG! It took over 20 min waiting in the drive-thru line to get my drinks which by that time had to be sitting for 30 min so you can imagine their condition. The drinks were seperated & watered down because the ice had melted. I ask for the manager but only the shift supervisor is available. I let her know that I use the app for in store pickup as a convenience and at this point, I'm totally INCONVENIENCED. I suggest that they disable that feature if they can't offer it because I'm not the only customer who is being INCONVENIENCED (I witnessed multiple customers walk up to the door only to walk back disappointed & get in the drive-thru line). Her response "I can't do anything about that". She then tries to hand me drink that's been sitting for 30min & I tell her that I need a new one because it looks unappetizing. She does so begrudgingly. With good customer service she would have never handed me something that looks like that & the first thing out of her mouth would have been an apology and something to the effect of "thank you for your feedback, I'll pass it along to the manager". That place is totally unprofessional & doesn't deserve this community money.

    The line was really long today at this location,very busy. I order a Mango Dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and vanilla Cold foam topping. It was absolutely delicious! The parking lot is terrible to get in and out.

    Debby is great but everything else not so much. They can never ever hear you in the drive through and are constantly getting the order wrong because of it. I don’t know if the speaker is broken but it’s been like this for years!

    I made an order on the app and I 100% understand wanting to close up and not wanting to deal with customers last minute i checked and it said the store closed at 10pm. I ordered at 8:58pm the workers made ignored me when I tried to ask and threatened to call the cops if i didn’t leave. I get that they have rules and regulations for after closing hours I worked in a Taco Bell but it was a simple question and this all would’ve been resolved with an answer and I could’ve gone on my merry way. It was very unprofessional of them and I think it should’ve been handled differently.

    This is a good Starbucks. They had the seasonal cake pop which was the unicorn flavor for the summer. They also made the pink drink right. Good job workers on 6/12 around 7 pm drive thru workers.

    Ordered a venti and they gave me a Grande. When I tried to address it they responded “sorry but you paid for a grande so that’s what you got” they were not interested in making it right- I didn’t mind paying a couple bucks more. Bad customer service sucks!

    Went late at night to get coffee before my midnight shift. Despite it being right before close they were very upbeat and kind! Abbey helped me at the register, I really hope Starbucks is appreciating workers like her and her fellow closing team!

    It's Starbucks. At one point in history, they had the best coffee you could get anywhere. Then they got huge, and the quality is still good, just not amazing. As far as Starbucks go, it was a consistently good experience. The drinks were yummy (mint hot chocolate) and the staff were efficient, if joyless.

    Not a happy camper yesterday first my daughter wanted a kiwi star fruit refresher they didn’t have kiwi so we got her a dragon fruit refresher I wanted a Java chip frappe well they didn’t have whip cream then as I started drinking it I realize no chocolate chips. This was by far my worst experience. I usually go to the Starbucks at fountain square they always do a great job. I don’t recommend this store and will never go back.

    This is a very busy location so i am patient with the staff but when i ordered on the app and it clearly shows the specific modifications of the drink HOW DO YOU MAKE IT WRONG? Sad to say i couldn’t even enjoy my coffee.

    Had new kid working there got my whole order wrong didn't add my other drink cuz he confused himself out by speaking both languages Spanish & English. Plus he was ignoring me went I was asking to get my received. Never ever ordering inside the store.

    Amazing service during the week, weekend not so much. Why give me a whole speech on how i shouldn't do mobile orders before arriving when I have to wait forever in line anyways for my stuff to be done? Makes no sense
