Awesome team here, very helpful from Rene with abundance of information relating to the Weber kettle range. Never felt rushed or unwanted while I couldn't make up my mind to pull the trigger to make that final new purchase on a Master Touch Plus Weber. Thanks heaps for the help and warm welcome to all who entered, it's hard to find genuine customer service these days and they certainly deal it. Great service. Rang a few places chasing a specific Weber BBQ, Rene was very helpful on the phone, didn't know me from a bar of soap. All other places couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Rang me with shipping updates, very knowledgeable, good customer service is rare these days. He has a customer for life.

Suzanne was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in all the products. If you're after some really strong product knowledge and friendly advice see Suzanne. I'm a sales manager myself and i was realy impressed with my visit to the shop.

Been here a few times and purchased every time. Love all of the items we have taken home. Rene (hope I spelt this right) remembered us each time and gave us plenty of recommendations and allowed us to just browse and mix and match. Delivery was not a problem as well. Highly recommend and will be back.

I cannot recommend Inspired Outdoor Living highly enough. I am so pleased I actually stumbled across the store in my search for an outdoor table setting prior to Christmas 2021. Suzanne who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and thankfully new the stock well. I actually bought my table unseen - her description was spot on and the setting looks amazing on my deck. The deck is totally exposed to the sun and salt and I needed something that would meet those requirements. Incredibly, Inspired holds an amazing amount of stock. I bought the extension table and 8 chairs on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday! Usually these items need to be ordered and the wait time can be weeks or months. Pricing was also very competitive and I will always go back to Inspired for anything I need. Great staff, asked if they stocked spare parts for weber which they don't. But they had a look around and found what I needed and gave it to me free of charge. Will definitely be getting the rest of my weber supplies from them.

Received fantastic service here after visiting several stores to make a BBQ purchase. Attention to my needs and excellent knowledge made it easy to leave my hard earned with this business. I wasn’t in the market for outdoor furniture but this is the place to visit if you are looking to spruce up your entertaining area too.

I had such a good experience with these guys. I had a change of mind on on something today, I phoned up and the manager had very kindly agreed to help out, when he was well within his right to refuse. Whilst I was there the younger girl at the shop with blonde hair (Wish I got her name so I could write it here, but for managements sake i went in around 2:10pm on the 22 Dec) was very kind and helpful and made the whole process smooth and comfortable- Thank you soo much! Exceptional service!

What a great find - and local too! Not only does Inspired Outdoor Living have a great range of outdoor furniture but really well priced products which accurately reflect the quality and design of goods. Rene was terrific to deal with. He allowed us to wander through the showroom and answered our questions without showing bias towards any particular product. We ended up with an outdoor setting with recliner chairs (not what we started looking for but were wonderfully comfortable and too good not to purchase) and a table from a different setting. So happy with both the quality of the products and the service we received.

Fantastic service and quality products! Recently purchased our Weber Q and timber outdoor lounge setting from them and highly recommend! Renee was super helpful, he gave us all the information we needed to help purchase the best products to suit our home! They had everything we wanted in stock and after delivery we had a couple of minor issues and they called us back and helped resolve straight away without any delay…You would not find better service anywhere else!
