Staff needs better education on scheduling. I was diagnosed in ER with a 6mm stone blocking my ureter and told to call this clinic right away Monday a.m. Receptionist wanted me to wait for first Available appointment for a new patient. Told me if this was serious they would have admitted me. No clue of how risky this is. Even the nurse I talked to didn't seem concerned. Called a different clinic and got an immediate appointment.

I've called them on separate days and various times of the day, I get sent to voicemail every single time. They have rescheduled my appointment more times than I can count. The front desk staff wear hoodie sweatshirts and facial piercings. The most unprofessional healthcare facility I have ever been involved with. Positive experience: when I begged for a referral to a different facility, the staff member genuinely cared. She took the time to explain why they are a hot mess, and asked what she could do to make my awful experience better.

The doctor was extremely nice and very helpful. The reason for the score is really do to the coordination before and after the visit. The office staff does not answer the phone so you have to leave a message and you are at the mercy of whatever they can call you back. Then we were told that we would have a surgery scheduled within 24 hours of our visit. It has now been three weeks and we still do not have a surgery scheduled even with multiple phone calls to the office. The organization is appalling and it is unfortunate that you allow your patients to be in pain and not be living a great life 4 weeks after an appointment!

Got me in quickly , but Dr Babiaz does not listen to patient. Put me through alot of pain , discomfort . Had to go into surgery the next day at Wausau Hospital. Terrible staff in OR. Was short notice , but still. Very unprofessional. Ended up in ER 3 days later for pain , discomfort , drainage. Saw Brittany for follow up , was very kind , understanding , listens to you.

Aspirus urology clinic is a joke. I’ve never had worse care or been treated so badly by a doctor. First they set me up with a PA, Brittany Ocker, who couldn’t diagnose the problem even though I told her exactly what it was-my bladder mesh had moved. Got sent for a pointless CT scan because she ‘thought’ it could be a hernia. After that useless appt, I actually had to call the Aspirus complaint line just to get an appointment that wasn’t months away( I was in pain). Got in to see Dr. Sherrill, she did the surgery, but then at my follow up appointment she refused to let Brittany Ocker know for me how much trouble she had put me thru and was EXTREMELY rude about it. All I wanted to do was stand up for myself because I had already been treated badly, and I got told sarcastically ‘I’m so glad I helped u’, and then ‘get out of my office’ . Didn’t even get an exam, what I came in for after having surgery. A joke. Very unprofessional.

Had 2 friends go here for their vasectomy and both got infected because they were never stitched up. Do not go here. Your better off seeing a vet for better care.

Dr. Brandell and his team were very professional and proactive with my diagnosis. It's been a few years and I'm still cancer free! Thank you Urology Associates

I was referred to The clinic after an unusual CT & after reading the reviews was very skeptical, but thought I’d give them a try! Wow they were awesome with me! Returned my calls right away & Casey Neuman NP was wonderful! Called me right away with results & talked to me quite a while🥰 If I ever need a urologist I will be back🤗
