    Absolute worst pizza and chicken wings I have ever had, ANYWHERE, threw them both away and re-ordered from Pizza Hut. Called to complain and got a smart alek kid who never said he was sorry and refused to get the manager.

    Well I ordered my dinner at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon, and it was out for delivery by 4:30 pm, got it around 4:40 pm or so and everything was exactly how I ordered it. The cheese was super gooey and cheesy both on my pizza and cheesy bread and arrived hot and fresh! I’m very satisfied!

    The customer service here is horrible. I always try to go out of my way to be nice to people working in the food industry. It gets busy, I know. But when I say thank you after you pass me my pizza in the drive up and you just let the glass slam in my face and walk away without even an attempt at acknowledging you heard what I said. (mind you no one was behind me in the drive through so it’s not like there was a line that was being held up) Dominos team, do better.

    Pizza was ordered at 8:30 pm, i call at 9:35 to ask where it is and the guy says “oh we haven’t made it yet but we’ll get to it shortly, should be there in like 45 mins” so i said it takes 2 hours to get a pizza? To which he replies “yes”. Absolutely disgraceful, last time i order from here. Trashy customer service and trashy staff.

    Ordered a pizza it was full of sauce and taste gummy it was oozing out.. I took the pizza back.. I asked for the pizza to be remade.. they refused said they’ll refund the money. I said I don’t want a refund I just want it made over. The manager refused to come to the phone or window once I got there. They refused their names and handed me a sales receipt. I said I need a receipt showing it will be refunded he said he gave me the receipt. I was like no this is what you handed me. He closed the window I had to call the police for his name Incase my money don’t go back in my account. Smh very unprofessional he had condescending smirk, and rude of the top! They wouldn’t even give me the GM information… I did get. an Email showing a refund… I have ordered with Dominions over 25 years and never had a manager say he was too busy and refused to come to the phone or drive up window. The employees are comfortable with poor service because the lead is unprofessional.

    I have been ordering from here for almost a year. Yes, it can be slow at busier times (fri/sat nights) but that’s expected. Any other time it’s been under 30 minutes. We have NEVER had a bad pizza. We’ve had pizzas that were better than others, but always good. Tonight’s pizza was on a whole other level. The sauce tasted so fresh and the pepperonis were cooked perfect - crispy on the edges. Yum! They always make our Parmesan bites perfectly and my son loves those the most. Still 5 stars 9 months later!!

    Had the pleasure of visiting Domino's Pizza and had a very pleasant experience. Upon walking in we were greeted by the employees who were working behind the counter. We could tell they were enjoying making pizzas as they made them with much enthusiasm. The floor was clean and free of any slip hazards and the tables were clean and the napkin holders were full. Our two (2) large veggie pizzas that were ordered were ready in 12 minutes which is what we were told. The pizzas very inexpensive compared to other pizza locations closing no more than $18. If you want pizza and great customer service we recommend Domino's Pizza. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

    5 employees in the kitchen but only 1 was qualified to make a pizza. He kept walking off to deal with other business. My online order was never started and after 1hr of waiting decided to cancel my pizza while in the store. There were only 2 customers. Cook was sweating and using his non gloved hands to knead the bread after wiping the sweat out of his eyes and nose area.

    Always slow with orders. Made order at 7:24pm - called at 8:09 to ask about it as the website said it was still in "Prep". Lady on phone said it would be another hour & a half. Not the first time I've had to wait 2 hours to get a pizza here, but it will be the last.

    The app will say a 2hr delivery time and then deliver it in 20mins. While I appreciate it being quick, a little more accurate time estimate would be nice. I request the seasoning on the crust everytime and its never there. Also, I always select contactless delivery and they don't leave it on door step.

    Ordered through their app for a free pizza reward along with a dessert item. The order review showed the correct price of $9.73. When I submitted the order, the price had increased to $26. I went to the window, and they said it had not been started yet and they could not fix the price. They said to cancel the order and then re-order. I did so but when I tried to re-order, my free pizza reward was gone. I went inside and asked for the manager. The guy I spoke to said he was the manager and that they would give me the free pizza. Another guy, obviously the real manager, heard him and said they would not do it. He said they were a franchise and did not have to do that; I had to contact corporate. He was very rude about the whole thing and did not even apologize. Since it was about 5:30pm, corporate was closed. I ended up going somewhere else for dinner. The next morning, I called corporate. They were very nice and apologized, but did nothing except return my free pizza back to my account. They said they would make sure someone from the franchisees' office would would call me back within a couple of days. It has been a week and I have not heard from them. I will go back for my free pizza, but I will never give Dominos penny more of my money. There are too many good pizza companies out there who have good pizza and know how to take care of their regular (and frequent) customers.

    I ordered a pizza for delivery that never came to my house. They never knocked on our door then proceeded to call me and tell me I could either cancel the order or come pick it up in store. I canceled the order and made another order hoping they would actually come to my house. This time they did. Our delivery driver was “Mack” and when my boyfriend answered the door to pick up our pizza, he calls him a d*ck. Very rude. Won’t be buying from them again.

    Excellent Customer Service! Somehow between my hate to order and their system, my pizza was sent to a 10 year old address. The people at this location handled it VERY well, and helped me get food where I needed it. Very thankful

    I only order from dominoes because the 2 managers John and Rachel are always super nice and very welcoming. I know they are usually really busy but it doesn't stop them from conversating with me from time to time as i like to talk. Great crew and great food! Keep up the food work everyone!
