Ordered
through
their
app
for
a
free
pizza
reward
along
with
a
dessert
item.
The
order
review
showed
the
correct
price
of
$9.73.
When
I
submitted
the
order,
the
price
had
increased
to
$26.
I
went
to
the
window,
and
they
said
it
had
not
been
started
yet
and
they
could
not
fix
the
price.
They
said
to
cancel
the
order
and
then
re-order.
I
did
so
but
when
I
tried
to
re-order,
my
free
pizza
reward
was
gone.
I
went
inside
and
asked
for
the
manager.
The
guy
I
spoke
to
said
he
was
the
manager
and
that
they
would
give
me
the
free
pizza.
Another
guy,
obviously
the
real
manager,
heard
him
and
said
they
would
not
do
it.
He
said
they
were
a
franchise
and
did
not
have
to
do
that;
I
had
to
contact
corporate.
He
was
very
rude
about
the
whole
thing
and
did
not
even
apologize.
Since
it
was
about
5:30pm,
corporate
was
closed.
I
ended
up
going
somewhere
else
for
dinner.
The
next
morning,
I
called
corporate.
They
were
very
nice
and
apologized,
but
did
nothing
except
return
my
free
pizza
back
to
my
account.
They
said
they
would
make
sure
someone
from
the
franchisees'
office
would
would
call
me
back
within
a
couple
of
days.
It
has
been
a
week
and
I
have
not
heard
from
them.
I
will
go
back
for
my
free
pizza,
but
I
will
never
give
Dominos
penny
more
of
my
money.
There
are
too
many
good
pizza
companies
out
there
who
have
good
pizza
and
know
how
to
take
care
of
their
regular
(and
frequent)
customers.
