I have been a patient at Ideal Dental for 2 years and think Brittany and the rest of the Ideal staff are wonderful to work with and make it so easy whenever I have an issue. About a year ago, one of my crown popped off that was put on by a different dentist about 5 years ago, and I called and spoke with Brittany who got me in the same day to have it put back on. The turn around time and ease of getting it taken care of was a huge life saver and I cannot praise them enough. I also love that even when I schedule my appointment 6 months out, that I'm always given a text or phone call well in advance to remind me when it's coming up. My whole family comes to this dentist and we think they are fantastic!

I have been with Ideal Dental since the beginning. Ideal dental has performed my root canals, cavity fillings and my annual cleanings. They have done a great job with my invisalign. The front desk is always super courteous and very helpful in answering any questions that I may have. I highly recommend Ideal Dental for any of your dental needs. Dr Shah and her staff are fabulous. Friendly, efficient and honest. They don't try to 'sell' procedures you don't need. I appreciate that. Also their front desk lady, Tiffany, is so friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful dentist office. I am from out of town and had broken a filling on one of my teeth. I went to another office and was told I needed all matter of stuff done, to the amount of almost $8000, which would make me out of pocket over $2000. They would not fix my filling, just sent me away with a number to call and schedule a root canal. I didn't believe I needed such due to the fact that I was having no pain or swelling just discomfort from the broken filling while eating. I came to this office for a second opinion and not only did they fix my tooth the same day, it was done requiring no root canal, and very cost efficient. Not only is this a very clean and organized office, the staff and the dentist are extremely welcoming and friendly. So, as long as I'm in town I will be going there for all my dental needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you like spending more money and paying for things insurance doesn't cover, this place is for you. I was told I needed a deep cleaning and root canals and they missed a really serious diagnosis on a tooth. They weren't worried about it! They just wanted to charge me on things I didn't need! Got a 2nd opinion and was able to get a regular cleaning and didn't have periodontal disease like ideal told me. I didn't need a root canal but a filling on another tooth! It's scary how easy you can get scammed!

I was very pleased with Ideal Dental. They are very professional, at the same time being very sweet and kind, from the young lady that did the X-rays to the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. The dentist himself came in and introduced himself. The whole experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend Ideal Dentist they are ALl great!!

Over the weekend I started to develop what I thought was an abscessed tooth. Called around Monday morning and found Ideal Dental that could get me in immediately. The front desk was kind and friendly. I was quickly brought to the back where they took X-rays and saw that I had a fractured molar, and I needed a root canal and crown. As do most, i have an irrational fear of the dentist and am super anxious. But Dr. Shah and her team were calming and comforting. Informing me of the process the whole way! I think I found my forever dentist! I walked out reassured and with most of that anxiousness gone. I even scheduled my next cleaning with them! Thank you Dr. Shah and your whole team for fixing me up quick and with kindness and grace.

Staff was a 10 outta 10. Front desk greeted me very friendly with smiles. Hygienist was very sweet and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Shah did a couple fillings I needed. Was quick and easy , no numbing for me lol she was really sweet and actually cares about her patients which is very rare in other places. The assistants were so kind. Over all I had a great experience today, this place made me feel welcomed and at ease. Glad I found a place for both me and my daughter. I definitely recommend to come here, family and friends!!

I cannot thank the entire staff enough for taking such wonderful care of me. I walked in without an appointment and they had me in a chair with 30 minutes, much to my surprise. Throughout my stay every staff member I came in contact with treated me so kindly. For that reason I’d like to say to say this to the staff of Waxahachie Ideal Dental. Ideal Dental is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever experienced. Genuine and friendly staff front the front desk to the back. The office is so clean and smell amazing! I recommended Ideal Dental if you are looking for dentist office that cares about you and your time. My oral surgeon and Pam were so incredible!

Ideal Dental of Waxahachie used to be Milestone Dental of Waxahachie. Things may have changed now but when I went here years ago, I had many things to work on. After going there, I began to feel like they scammed me to get money instead of taking care of what truly was going on. Just not for me. Go in with a guard and get a second opinion before having work done.

My experience at Waxahachie Ideal Dental has been excellent. Dr. Shaw is great and the hygienists are too. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and everyone there remembers you :)
