Wiley's has done an incredible job for us! We are a young couple in our early 20's and went into Wiley's after experiencing some rudeness at another jewelry store in the area, and were so encouraged by the way Wiley's handled everything. We were instantly greeted with friendship and professionalism, and we knew instantly that we wanted to work with them to build my engagement ring! Lauren, Vanessa, and Tricia helped tremendously and were there to answer each and every question we had about anything. They even showed me some customs that they had done in the past, which helped me to trust that they could handle my design (I am very picky). There were no hidden agendas or things gone untold. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for couples! I will post pictures once everything is done :)

This is the second time we have used Wiley’s and they knocked it out of the park with my new custom ring. I came to Carolyn after we were referred to her and showed her a picture of what I wanted and they made it happen. They had great communication and were very prompt with the whole process. I dropped my beautiful engagement ring off for a cleaning and she is so sparkly! The staff at Wiley’s are all amazing! Karen was great and helped us through an extremely stressful time of thinking my wife's wedding ring was irreparably damaged. We originally bought my wife's wedding ring from Wiley's years ago and have since moved more than an hour away. Because of this we took her ring to a local jeweler for a damaged prong. The other jeweler soldered multiple prongs together to "make it stronger" and caused quite a bit of damage. Wiley's was able to undo the other jeweler's issues and we can hardly tell anything was ever wrong with the ring. Wiley's will be our jeweler from now on, no matter how far the drive is!

From the time I walked in the door until my ring was completed, I was treated with kindness. I had a ring redesigned. I really like my ring. It was a little big but they resized in less than 24 hours. Mr. Wiley personally helped me. I would use them again for other jewelry needs.

I have only used Wiley's Diamonds twice and both times they have been great. Both times to repair my wedding rings. The second time I had lost my husband to heart failure after 41 years. Four months later I seriously damaged and broke my wedding set which broke my heart. Wasn't sure they could be repaired, but they called and said they were fixed and ready to be picked up. When I arrived to get them I was more than amazed and very emotional. As I choked back my tears and placed them on my finger they looked as beautiful as the first time my husband placed them there. I can not thank them enough for understanding what this wedding set means to me. I had to call later that day when my emotions calmed to thank them.

She was patient through my indecisiveness. She made several recommendations based on my concerns (safety/durability of a solitaire ring). Very nice store. Friendly personnel. I have used them several times from doing repairs for me to doing jewelry appraisals. Always willing to help you where needed. Skylar has been my go-to but they all are friendly and ready to help. Will continue using them for future needs.

This place is so amazing. My wedding ring had to be cut off in 4 pieces, they repaired it and when I picked it up it was like new! I also bought some children’s jewelry while I was there and the sweet lady took the time to wrap each gift for my girls. They got a lifetime customer here!
