This is one of my favorite places and I'm so disappointed today. We were the only ones here. For 20 minutes, the tables (all of them) sat filthy, covered in trash with even the tips left. There was 1 knife, 2 forks (1 was dirty). Food on the floor and the food was cold (brown gravy) and hard (biscuits). I eat here 6 mornings a week. This lunch visit was enough to drive away costumers. The quality of employee has gone down drastically.

I love Jerry J's. And have eaten there for several years now. Their food quality has always been top notch; however the last two times I've eaten at Jerry J's they have had to succumb to using cheaper ingredients and less quality foods. I know inflation is hit all of us and I know they're trying to keep their prices fair and reasonable but I'm afraid their choice of using lesser quality ingredients is going to hurt them in the long run. They have always had really good turnip greens and used proper Southern seasoning but the last two times I've eaten their greens I wanted to spit them out because they had no seasoning and they tasted like canned greens. They didn't have biscuits they ran out of cornbread and I'm seeing that as a new trend and I think unfortunately it's it most restaurants now. I don't know the solution and I still love Jerry J's but I hope they'll invest in a slab of fat back at least and improve those greens.

Was very disappointed in the chicken fingers, they were cooked earlier that day and dry and cold. I also got old french fries that were cold. Was very disappointed in this food because this is a favorite place for me to go to and eat. Also the 2 chicken fingers and few french fries for $8 was not worth the money or time it took for me to stop and get something to eat.

Great food. Great service. Will eat with them next time I'm in waycross

Haven’t been in quite some time.. we were so excited for some jerry js breakfasts but ended up pretty disappointed. They left out an order of sausage links and the tots that went with my combo. The toast on the texas sunrise was also soggy. Tried to call multiple times after we got all the way home and realized what was missing but the phone just kept ringing until it disconnects. Called the Jerry js on plant and they said they had nothing to do with the one by the college and can’t help me. She did give me an alternate number but same thing.. just kept ringing until it disconnected. I would understand if it was during morning rush but it was around 9:30 & the parking lot was basically empty and we were the only ones in the drive thru. Such a let down👎 On a positive note though, the guy at the window was very friendly & the blueberry biscuits are as tasty as ever

Excellent customer service experience and great food for nice prices. Clean and well stocked with clean restrooms and front door area. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Went to Jerry J's S. Georgia Pkwy tonight and the food was phenomenal! We got the chicken and dressing plates and I couldn’t complain even if I wanted too! Will continue to support them… also must say that I’ve been there in the mornings too and the manager Cody is the best! Y’all are so lucky to have him!!

The drive thru was quick with a polite and respectful customer service. The food was hot and exactly what we ordered.

Great local spot with lots of variety. The burger was great. The salad looked fresh and delicious. Friendly staff made the experience that much better.

Order chicken tenders n take to my granddaughter at work in Millwood. She opens it n it's blueberry something n it's dried out with a girls name on it. Had to rush to Rouse's n get her something else. Take the blueberry stuff back the lady wants to give me less money back. Just had excuses. Was going regularly for my granddaughter's lunch.but the orders r regularly wrong. Haven't complained because I know u can't fix stupid but I think we're done. We'll go to Plant ave. or Hog n Bones now

Have been in many of the Jerry J restaurants this one is on the bottom of our list.bfood not hot. Didn't ask what dipping sauce we wanted for chicken strips but was given ranch and charged extra for it.closed at 2pm and rushing us to leave

Ordered take out, sat for 15 minutes in drive thru, came inside and waited another 10 minutes for my food to be cold and mushy. Also got me sick. Tea was good...

Country style atmosphere. Services is friendly and prompt most of the time. Food is always good. I would recommend Jerry J's if you want to enjoy a good breakfast!

Ordered the Steak biscuit and blueberry biscuit and they were delicious!! Have been going to this restaurant for years and have never had a bad meal at Jerry J's. Highly recommended for good southern cooking.

You can't go wrong with a Jerry J's breakfast. Their biscuits are buttery, soft and delicious, fluffy pancakes and good tea & coffee. Prices are reasonable, service quick and people are pleasant. Could do with a good scrubbing on the window sills.

Wow! Awesome food! Fried pork chops, mashed red potatoes, turnip greens and Mac and cheese. All yummy!

I always love their food, but my issue is, if they have an hour before close, there still should be plenty of food to serve for at least up to the last 30 mins without running out.

This evening's Field Peas were SALTIER than a pot of boiled Peanuts. When the Vacuum "Mikey", a 16y/o young man, spits them out, "Houston we have a problem". Extremely Bland Mac N' Cheese, BUT THE ROAST TASTES GREAT!! Just a lot of Hit & Misses in Quality, since the New Owners came on board . Idk how, yet they've managed to RUIN Jerry J's Infamous Backyard Burgers. Such a shame. For th most part, I don't recommend the food nor service at this particular Jerry J's, during Dinner/Supper; however, their Breakfast Menu is fantastic & FRESHLY MADE, as the line of traffic down South GA Parkway PROVES IT to be just so, with the complete opposite occurring at or near Supper time.

The roast beef is great. Small portions only given though. The rice is extremely hard most days. I’ve spoken with management, so hopefully the problem was fixed.

Jerry J’s has been my number 1 eating spot, especially when it comes to breakfast! I’ve always loved this location but now the food has been terrible! My husband ordered the Classic & Texas backyard burgers, okra & a cinnamon roll. The burgers was okay but the okra was old & greasy. The cinnamon roll is just TERRIBLE!! This thing is hard & burnt, who sell things like this?? I’m never ordering another cinnamon roll or okra from Jerry J’s ever again. The prices are way too high to be serving OLD FOOD!

Steak egg cheese biscuit is amazing. We crave it. Yum yum

Past 2 times waited 20 plus mins for them to open on a Saturday and then just left and this past weekend stood in line 10 mins because nobody came to front counter to take lobby customers orders

Very nice environment very delicious food been going there for a couple years I highly recommend it the manager Jason Weathersby extremely nice....... also a very clean restaurant

There's a few menu items here I really enjoy it has a variety of Southern Classic Foods also a drive-through for those in a hurry personal favorite is their Backyard Burger series they have three different ones they're all very good very homemade and there a local business so I'd rather do something kind of interesting about that and it's always like any Southern Restaurant we got to get a cup of sweet tea

I never post negative reviews, but this was not a good experience. Several of the items we tried to order off of the menu did not exist. When I got my order, my fries were cold. One plus, was that the young lady working there was very friendly, and did a good job helping us.

I would like to think the owner an its employees for fixing me my breakfast sandwich ...you all have stepped up and made it a good breakfast again for me for fixing my biscuits the way i want it an taking the time to do it right...thank you keep up the good work...
