We live 30 miles away and visited on Saturday so my wife could try the prime rib. We got there early (4:00 p.m.) and it was already packed but since we only had two in our party we got seated with minutes. She loved the prime rib and sides and my pizza was good. We will make the trip again. Return visit my wife got prime rib and added lobster. Loved it. I got (chicken) nachos and would not order them again. Will go back to the pizza. Limited tap beer selection.

Met friends for dinner on a Friday night at 5pm. Packed house, 45 minute wait, but worth it. Seated upstairs. Perch was sold out. Cod fish fries and Angry Chicken sandwiches were ordered, along with old fashoined's and beers. Fresh and delicious. Friendly waitress.

The people are friendly and professional.i had the post burger 1|2 lbs bacon cheese burger with fried onions lettuce and tomatoes and waffle fries. Themeat was flavour and texture was excellent. My siste iinlaw had the Kentucky burger with bourbon sauce 1/2 burger with fried onions Applewood bacon, cheddar cheese lettuce tomato and boubon sauce and swirl fries. The seasoning was excellent and the bourbon sause spot on great.

The BEST Ribeye Sandwich I have ever had in my 56 years of life. NO BS. Onion rings are excellent. Highly recommend this place. Great staff ,- very friendly.

What a place to sit back and have a fun time. Both the inside as well as outside seating were very comfortable. I enjoyed my time so much that I bought a gift certificate to pass along.

It was a great place to enjoy food with the family after church. They have inside and outside dining. There is a bar for those who want to hang out with just themselves or a significant other. They also have cornhole game outside to play to pass the time. Our waitress was awesome and very helpful. Thank you Rachel!!

Jugs always reminds me of that show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. The staff is always on top of their game and they're personable and fast. The food is way above average, comes out hot and tasty (fab burgers!) The best thing is that they consistently deliver - and they care that you like your food and that you are happy customer.

Thanks to everyone who voted for us to check out Jugs Hitching Post tonight. We all loved our food and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend stopping in for a burger, chicken sandwich, chicken wings or a pizza! The Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer was delicious and the sampler platter was perfect for sharing with the family. You won't leave hungry!

Food came out cold. Server forgot our salads and after they brought us our bill they never bothered to come back to the table to pick it up.

First time ever eating here. Had the prime rib 24oz and lobster tails. Wow was that great. Steak and lobster just melts in your mouth. I can’t wait until I try some of the other items on the menu. Very reasonable prices.

The reuben here is better than any I have tried during all of my travels. My business partners all had food items that also impressed them to the fullest extent. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 star review was due to the wait time just to order our food and refills. Super friendly staff, they just needed a few extra hands.

Thursday night meat and lobster special are awesome!!! Duck strips and rib appetizers were very tasty. Great tangy tasting chili. Even my friends side salad looked tasty! Missy our waitress was phenomenal at suggesting great dishes. Missy took care of us and cleared empty dishes quickly. The salted caramel cheesecake dessert was something to behold. Sweet, salty cheese cake yum!

Got pizza to go and got it home but the crust was burnt black! My dogs wouldn't even eat it. They said I can get a new pizza next time, just jotted a note. Asked to have my credit card credited and they refused. I have attached a picture. The flash makes it look lighter color than actual. I will follow up if they actually keep track of the "note". UPDATE- I did receive a makeup pizza and it was much better, we did enough it. Thank you for keeping your word!

Hitching Post is very consistent with food. I have been here MANY times and I always leave happy. 10 out of 10!!!

Made dinner reservations for New Years Eve for my wife and myself. Drove past many times and never stopped. Boy am I glad we did!! The hostess was incredible, the bar wasn't too packed. Had a short wait, and got a better table than we had reserved. Drinks were awesome, it was nice where we sat at the bar, we could see all the food being prepped. My wife had prime rib and shrimp, I had 2 lobster tails. With drinks and tip, we spent around 100, which is awesome. Our waitress was great also. Overall, this was a great experience. Thank you!!

Second time here and was very excited since the first trip was amazing! Food, service everything was great! This time... not so much. Food sucked was over seasoned. Someone is heavy handed on the shaker. So bad fiance couldn't eat it. Waiter was all up in our business right away them was no where to be seen. Had to cash out with another waitress. WON'T BE A THIRD TIME!!!

Been taking my dad here for years and I don't think I've ever been disappointed with the food or the service. They have of the best Friday fish frys in the county in my own honest opinion and my dad loves to get their prime rib sandwiches whenever we go there for lunch on a Saturday. Note: They do get pretty busy on weekends so it's best to go before 1p.m as it starts to pick up or later in the evening.

Really enjoyed my experience here. It was very crowded and loud on a Saturday night with a football game but that had no negative impact on our dinner. We were sat at a high top that was meant for two but my son, husband and I fit in just fine. I ordered the prime rib my husband got the fried shrimp and my son got the chicken tenders it was all so delicious. My son is a picky eater and he DEVOURED his chicken tenders and he loudly exclaimed that he couldn’t wait to come back. Also I am a huge lover of waffle fries and they were perfect. Pictured is a very strong blackberry whisky old fashioned and it was very tasty.

We were there for an event that was held in the party room upstairs. They served a taco bar. Everything was very good. The bartender was great. Had a super positive attitude, was very efficient.

So much better than we anticipated. The sign on the highway doesn't do it justice. Food was really good. Chicken Parmesan sandwich was tasty and juicy. We really like how the grill is near the bar so you can see everything prepared right in front of you. The server recommended potato spirals, I would too after trying them. I'd go back again for sure with the whole family.

Very good food and great service. I had the Wednesday night special of 18 chicken wings with a choice of 2 toppings , only disappointment was that Jug's did not offer a side with the wings such as Celery and carrots or maybe an onion ring or French fries.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices! First visit for us and we're going back! Saturday night is apparently a "salute to meat" night. Prime rib and lobster for under $30. Prime rib was prepared as requested. Onions rings were delicious. The atmosphere was fun and staff very friendly. It would have been nice to dine outside if it weren't so warm. A great evening!
