My experience at P..C. Richard has been great thanks to my favorite sales person Mr Harris Brown. He has been my sales person for the last 18 yrs and I wouldn’t change him for nothing in the world. He is always available to me when I have questions or concerns about any particular products. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about electronics, technology and basically everything else. He is so humble and sweet and make you feel like you are truly part of the PC Richard family. .Thanks Mr. Harris Brown you are an amazing person and an amazing sales rep. ❤️

I had excellent help with the purchase of my new refrigerator. My salesperson, Amanda was very knowledgeable about the different products and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She was patience and didn’t rush me. She made sure that I had the correct measurement, even called me at home to walk me thru taking the measurement. I would definitely go back to her for any other appliance purchase.

My husband and I were referred to AJ by our general contractor. He was so kind, fun, patient and helpful. He steered us in the right direction for our appliances, mattress and vacuum. We were able to make quick decisions with his guidance. We are also amazed by how PC Richard actually has items in stock, ready to ship a few days later, unlike most other stores right now that take weeks to ship. The prices have been fair. We even were able to put bonus cash toward a Dyson that they had at a nice sale price. Everyone has been so helpful. Going to PC Richard has made moving into our new home very seamless. We will be coming back down the road!

love this place! I work for a developer and I'm always ordering appliances w/ Murat "Moe". HE IS THE BEST! I always get the best prices and white glove service from him. He takes his time to explain the best/alternative options and he is always on top of my orders. The delivery process is a breeze and if i need anything, he is always there to help.

Walked into the PC Richard’s in Wayne New Jersey not really having much information on the equipment just knowing I wanted something for my man cave! Jose came and saved the day! He made me aware of which models go best with my tv entertainment center and the details and specs of everything before my purchase. Great guy! I went in the store to compare prices for an 85 inch 8K TV. Mr Tipi came over an asked can he be of assistance. He was convinced he could help me an that he did with confidence His supervisor/manager Pablo came over an after all was said an done i walked out with not one TV but two. We worked with Milan and he was great, he was very knowledgeable, kind, and Courteous. He did a lot to help us, he made recommendations and gave advice since we didn't know much. Extremely happy to work with him. Now we bought a washer dryer combo and everything was great. On time delivery, fast removal and install. Kind workers. Washer and dryer worked great. We got the GE profile and they run beautifully. Only complaint is that the dryer opens and closes a little hard buts that's all. Great job Totowa team. Especially Milan, we will work with you again.

Ask for Murat, he is the best - very experienced and professional, gives great recommendations based on our needs and work with the budget to get the best quality for $. We were supposed to get the order in weeks, but he made it much sooner. Reliable professional work!

Great deal on a very nice TV for Black Friday. There was some confusion about my order - I had to spend about fifteen minutes working with an employee. I bought the TV the night before online for curbside pickup, and when I came in the next night, the employee told us that the TV was not present in the store. We went back and forth for a while, he checked the back a couple of times, and continued to tell us the TV was not present. Eventually, we spoke to the manager, who was able to very quickly resolve the issue - the box was buried in the back, but he was confident from the start they hadn't sold the unit by accident. All in all, we got the TV, we got a great deal, and it was one of the most confusing, difficult, and long days of the year for their employees - not surprising by the end of the day some mistakes were made.

I recently purchased an LG washing machine from PC Richard. My salesman was Chris Lentz. He was so helpful in making sure I was able to have the washer delivered as soon as possible. He even checked the status of my refrigerator repair while I was there. It was very reassuring to deal with someone like Chris. I felt he was very honest and very knowledgeable about the products the store represents. I've never had a bad experience with any purchase made at PC Richard, and I would never purchase an appliance anywhere else.

My husband and I stopped in to the Wayne location looking for a last minute gift for our mother in law. We had the base idea of what we needed but Amanda really outdid herself with what she was able to pull off for us. She got our base details and whipped together the perfect grill that we needed for our mothers birthday. We got a brand new Weber with 3 burners and a side burner that fit perfectly in our budget. This girl was awesome! Thank you again Amanda, you saved the day!

Today I walked into the Wayne location and was greeted with hellos, welcoming smiles, and friendly faces, which by the way is rare nowadays. I came into the store looking to purchase an air conditioner and met sales associate Dino. Dino was pleasant, very knowledgeable and answered the questions my father, sister, and I had. He made my overall shopping experience easy and I walked out of the store feeling confident about my purchase... and that's what good customer service is all about.

I have been going to PC Richards for many years and their customer service is outstanding. Today a tenant called me and their Air Conditioner broke down. Fortunately I was able to get Milan on the phone at PC Richards. Immediately I can tell that Milan was very knowledgeable about getting the right unit for the tenant, especially since it was a wall unit and the dimensions had to be spot on. He was able to get me a GE unit that was on sale and saved me hundreds of dollars on what I expected to pay !!!! That’s why I keep on coming back to PC Richards because of the great customer care by salesman like Milan

Wayne PC Richards is our go to store. Wide variety of products & all brands. Sometimes find it difficult to make a choice. The key is to find a good sales rep. Thankfully, we have a GREAT sales rep, Chris Lentz! He always helps us make a good decision & we have come to value his opinion & expertise! Even when something goes amiss, PC Richards stands by their products & ALWAYS makes good! They never abandon their customer! That is the best customer service anyone could ask for! Highly recommend.

Went to Pc Richards looking for a few different items for our new home. One of the sales associates Duane, helped us throughout the process. He took the time to help us compare some models of appliances we were looking for. Not only this but he gave some really great advise and recommendations as first time buyers… we very much appreciated that. The experience overall was pleasant, Duane was extremely professional and was by no means too pushy which was a huge plus. My family has been shopping at this location for year and I’m glad we were able to purchase our appliances quickly but also thoroughly. Nobody finds buying appliances fun, nobody. Until you visit this P.C. Richard & Son! Wow! This location should literally be the only spot you ever consider buying an appliance at. I was looking for a deal on multiple appliances and these guys came through in spades! My sales man Jose was amazing! Not only did he provide superior customer service but he quoted me unbelievable pricing and delivered. The whole experience was seamless top to bottom, I can’t recommend enough. I was so impressed with their willingness to do business and put the customer first I ended up buying a OLED TV too! 10/10 easily the best appliance center in New Jersey.
