zero star those people doesn't even know how to deal with customer and every time you go they will tell you we can't help come when the manger is here and they are very rude all of them disrespectful

Macy's is one of my favorite stores they have beautiful clothes and a wide variety of selections sunglasses are cool too.

Very dissatisfied with the Sunglass Hut within Macys. I purchased a pair of Prada women’s sunglasses (4/22/23) that were to be shipped to my address from 3-5 days. After 8 days, I called Sunglass Hut directly and was told no order of mine from Macy’s could be found. I called the store directly (Wayne) and was told by a male employee I would receive them the next day by UPC (??) I had to clarify if he meant UPS. Went to the actual store two days later (5/6/23) after still not receiving them. I was then told by the female in charge my order had been canceled. I had to ask why since I was not given any explanation. Response given was it may have been out of stock. (Yet they continue to show as available on their website.) And that their male employee may have not checked their tablet in regards to the response he had given me. I was told I had to call Sunglass Hut so that Macy’s could issue my refund. Entire in store experience just gave the impression that they could care less from their vague responses to the lack of empathy.
