Fast service and very knowledgeable. The food portions are huge and it was all delicious.

Good seafood and friendly folks. DW had grilled shrimp & fish, I had crabcake & fried oysters. Sides were slaw, baked beans, onions rings and baked potato. We both received hush puppies. Food was hot and delicious, took less than 15 minutes. Since it was our 1st time we had to learn the routine: order at counter, come get your food when called, self serve drinks and clean your table off when done and leaving. We liked the rustic decor and casual atmosphere. Parking is kinda tricky.

Had some very good seafood! Shrimp and scallops were fantastic. It's rare for me to get full before I finish but I couldn't eat it all! Even had the lunch size

This is a perfect casual fresh seafood joint!! I had the baby scallops and they were cooked PERFECTLY (I was kind of expecting them to be overcooked because it's sooo easy to do). The shrimp platter and catfish fillets were delicious as well! To emphasize, this is a casual place, the ac doesn't work great, it's warm inside, and the tables and floors are like getting together on your neighbors back porch. They are friendly like good neighbors as well!! We will definitely be back!

We were traveling from Orlando, Fl to Aiken, SC looking for a place eat. So we look on Google maps and found Brown's. Always looking for an adventure we gave them a try. We were very impressed with the restraunt and cleanliness. We ordered the seafood platter. It was delicious. The catfish was the best. Really enjoyed the gator tail. We were really impressed with the experience. Hopefully we can come back.

Arriving late and just before closing... this place will leave you full for days. Flounder, crab legs and delicious sides! Just go!

Cheeseburger was delicious. Young lady at the counter was friendly. We were asked several times how we were doing while eating. Nice out of the way place. They do serve seafood, so there is that fishy smell as expected.

I normally don’t eat fish, I guess until now I hadn’t found good catfish. This place has the best. Love the catfish and the hush puppies are really good too. Perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection.

Best seafood in the area!. Started eating before we took the pictures. My husband had the combination dinner ( fried shrimp and gator tail. I had talpia and onion rings. Lol

My boyfriend and I were super excited To eat here. The manager of the place we are staying at during our travels recommended it and it had good reviews. It ended up being ok. We got the seafood platter and gator tail. Food was alright. Maybe it’s because to really be fresh you need to be right on the coast and during our travels the best seafood we’ve had has been on the ocean or gulf. Some of the gator was chewy, shrimp was lukewarm, and because everything was fried kinda needed something fresh in the mix. Or baked. We had never been there and the menu didn’t have tons of stuff listed on it. I saw a review here about gator tail and had to ask because it wasn’t on the menu. Also, when you pull in it looks like you are pulling into the gas station. I did notice the sign that said Browns back here. That was helpful. In all it was just ok. Maybe the places we’ve been to on the beaches spoiled anything else for us though!
