The best in Minnesota! We worked with George and Kathleen for an engagement ring and our wedding bands and couldn't be happier. We went to almost every other jewelry store and no one had the quality, selection, or service that JB Hudson/Gunderson's had. We ran into a small issue with my wedding band and Kathleen went above and beyond to fix it and wouldn't stop until we were completely happy - and now we couldn't be happier. Will be going back plenty more times in our lives.

Amazing!! Linda took my 45 year old family signet ring and had Andrew the goldsmith rebuild the shank to make it better than before. Linda and Georgie were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Then Andrew offered to re-engrave the face because so much of the inscription was badly worn. I can’t believe the transformation, it is wonderful now. Thanks so much Team Gundersons Wayzata !!

I have had nothing but a great experience at Gunderson’s. I purchased a couple of watches earlier in 2023. I needed to wait on an additional IWC clasp that I ordered as it was on back order. George continued to follow up with me and I finally got my clasp. It’s refreshing when you don’t have to call a business to remind them you are still waiting. And I’m acknowledged as soon as I walk in the store. Definitely 5 star service….and I love my watches.

I had a wonderful experience at Gunderson’s choosing and designing a ring to fit my finger and compliment my wedding band. Both Linda and Kathleen immediately understood my design desires and found just the perfect company to make the ring. I would go back in an instant. The service was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in over the weekend to purchase a limited edition Seiko Snoopy watch from Kathleen. Despite its price compared to the other timepieces there (Omega, IWC, etc) I was still treated with phenomenal customer service from her. While I was in there Kathleen also showed me a variety of Omegas that I have had my eyes on for a future purchase. I will definitely come back to Gunderson's and purchase my next timepiece from Kathleen.

I had an amazing experience with Linda! She helped me look for engagement rings and even discussed my options in designing my ring. I was given a tour of the store and had the opportunity to try on so many beautiful pieces. Linda was very patient with me, and she made sure all of my questions were answered! It can be very intimidating and overwhelming going into a jewelry store, but this experience was phenomenal. I can’t wait to build my jewelry collection with Gunderson’s.
