The property is very comfortable and attractive, especially the lawns. The owners are very helpful and delightful, also breakfast was excellent. Two adults and a three year old, who loved the available mobility toys. Price is perfectly fair.

The owners are very welcoming, friendly, and interesting. The accommodations are immaculate, comfortable, and spacious and include a beautiful English garden. Breakfast comes with the stay. The menu offers with a wide selection. I can personally vouch for the eggs Benedict and the porridge. Delicious! Beechwood is located close to the Glyndebourne Opera which has to be a national treasure!

wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome--we were served tea in the hosts' beautiful garden. The bedroom, bathroom and the rest of the house were spotless and there was amazing attention to detail. Everything had been thought of. Also, an incredible breakfast menu was offered. We will definitely go back.

Simply the Best B&B!!! We cannot put into words how much we enjoyed being at Beechwood B&B cottage and the hospitality… Carol and Ceri are wonderful hosts, ensuring we had everything we wanted, who make you feel so welcome and 'at home'. Excellent quality B&B. Very comfortable bedroom with high quality furnishings and decoration. Everything was spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast which was cooked by Carol and Ceri. It was served in the front room of the house and we sat in a nice spot by the windows, looking at the beautiful garden. We had a wonderful stay here and would most definitely recommend. Thank you, you lovely humans for a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Beechwood B&B was amazing from start to finish. Carol and Ceri couldn’t do enough for us .. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you needed .. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice we will definitely be returning in the future.

We will definitely go back. Ceri and Carol were the kind of hosts you wish for. Inviting, friendly and with a 'how can we help' attitude. There was plenty of parking and the room was amazing. Well lit and ventalited with a huge en suite bathroom (Emerald). On arrival Ceri asked if we would like a tea or coffee and although we had facilities in the room, brought us up a lovely coffee. We we're left to our own devices and given the keys. In the morning, there was more breakfast variety than in many large hotels and after a bowl of cereal the cooked breakfast was fantastic. Over breakfast we chatted to our hosts, put the world to rights and then left. We would recommend Beechwood to everyone

Wonderful stay. Marvellous breakfasts. Relaxing and beautiful garden. Delightful hosts, Carole and Ceri . They arranged to transport us to and from a restaurant in Mayfield and the opera at Glyndebourne. A very happy stay
