👍 The lodge was amazing, clean and modern. The bay at Pevensey is really modern to and a really nice place to stay. The main park isn’t as nice, with caravans close to together and noisy. The main complex is small with a tiny arcade, no working ATM either sadly. The park is located on a beautiful beac... Outstanding is all I can say. We stayed in the luxury lodge, it was absolutely amazing and I was gutted to be leaving. It was spotless , spacious and my little one absolutely loved it too. The site itself is lovely, well maintained and the pool was great (maybe a little cold) My only slight criticism is the play area, could do with a revamp but my little one still enjoyed it! There was a power cut for two days but I do not blame the site for this, a generator packed up in the sun and it took time to replace and I cannot fault the site for how they managed it and dealt with it. A special shout out to Becky, she was an absolute superstar and actually cared about our situation giving us ice on the power cut to help us and giving us updates. This was a 5 star trip and we will be booking another trip as soon as we are home. Thank you!

The lodge was amazing, clean and modern. The bay at Pevensey is really modern to and a really nice place to stay. The main park isn’t as nice, with caravans close to together and noisy. The main complex is small with a tiny arcade, no working ATM either sadly. The park is located on a beautiful beach which is a plus. I would only return to the park if staying at the bay.

Nice and friendly holiday park. We stayed in the 2 bedroom platinum Lodge which was lovely and spacious. There was a few minor issues when we got there. Fridge was working properly but that rectified very quickly. Also I had to tune the TV to pick up the Freesat channels as wasn't tuned into anything when we arrived. The lodge also had a nice large veranda/decking which we spent a lot of time on having meals and drinking on the sunshine. All in all it was a nice short break and would visit there again.

Sunday bar/pub. 1 person. Behind bar. Been waiting 1.5 hours for breakfast and ordered first . My caravan mates waited for 50 minutes. Bartender forgot to serve all coffees and teas. Horrible attitude and service level. Otherwise park is good. Bar horrible 10/07

We have just spent a fortnight here. The lodge was lovely. One of the best we have stayed in. Very spacious and clean. It would be nice to have a tv in the twin bedroom. A mat would be great by the sliding door. Nothing to wipe our feet on when coming in from the veranda. One annoying thing was the very creaky floor in the kitchen area! The Boathouse was not to our liking. The beer was good but the meals were not. When having a hot meal the plates should be heated! We think most of the meals are heated up from frozen. The bar staff were not very attentive and often disappeared leaving people waiting ages. Didn't stay for the entertainment. The singers were far too loud. We originally asked for a lodge close to the facilities but were allocated one right at the back of the park which was a blessing as it was lovely and peaceful there. There are some good takeaways by Pevensey shops and the Castle Inn is a must. Proper freshly cooked food-delicious. We hope to return next year especially now we know what to expect.

Was a lovely holiday park. The lodges are absolutely beautiful and the service was brilliant. It was so good we booked for next year's holiday too. We googled activities to do around the area and they were a short distance of 10-20 mins drive away and noticed a bus stop right outside the park. You can also get a cheeky take away delivered to the park entrance and meet them there.

Disappointed with this holiday park. Swimming pool had broken tiles on the floor which almost cut my foot open. Sauna was out of order. Lifeguards were terrible. We turned up one day and one of the children’s mum had to jump in the pool to rescue her child as the lifeguard was pre occupied mucking around with some other children seeing who could push the lifeguard into the pool! Very dangerous and stupid behaviour. The next day we turned up swimming and the lifeguard was being sick in the toilets. He looked pale and very ill and should not have been working! Another one that couldn’t do his job properly if he was needed. Absolutely Shocking really! Bin on the seafront was overflowing with rubbish on one of the mornings I was taking the dog for a walk. My son ordered food and when it turned up it was a different Dish to what he actually ordered. Segway wasn’t available for the kids either. Kids were very disappointed with that! Also The carpets were very stained on the property we were staying in and they need a good clean! Sorry that I had to write this review but whoever runs the place needs to look into this as people deserve better! Especially when the price was hiked up for the summer holidays. Overall I feel like the money would have been spent better elsewhere!

Firstly, when we arrived there was rubbish outside saying the foxes got to it, but we arrived late in the day so they should have sorted it and then when we went to go to sleep. There was a tea/coffee stain all over the duvet sheet and the pillow case was ripped and had dirt and fluff on it. Would not recommend ever!!

Platinum lodge is absolutely beautiful big, and clean, dog friendly and child friendly beautiful holiday park in place with lots of things Todo in the local surrounding area, such as the miniature railway which had a lovely kids and toddler park/play area, a zoo about 20min drive away

We stayed in an Airbnb here, great location, reasonably quiet, the pool is great, lots of entertainment options for kids if that's your thing, bar food isn't brilliant a little too greasy for us, but it is good value for the portion size

Just come back after 4 days at pevensey bay holiday park. Absolutely fabulous place, the properties are stunning,1st class. Friendly staff, lovely entertainment every night. We kept requesting more, more more last night, which turned out at least another 10 songs....fantastic, thank you. It is a lovely place as long as you have a car or you don't mind a bus ride. We visited Bournemouth and Hastings, so pevensey is a great base to travel from. They have a swimming pool, restaurant and small arcade, bingo every night, plus kids time, then the main show plus disco after. You are based directly on the beach to. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you for a lovely well needed break.

We've just spent a week here and had a great time. A nice quiet place nice and close to the beach. The lodge was clean and comfortable. The children loved the entertainment. Bailey did a great job with the children. My only criticism would be that if you're advertising Krazy Krew at 12pm then again at 6pm. Unfortunately it never started on time which isn't great for excited children. Change your time if you can't keep to them!!!!

Caravans placed very close together. Caravan wasn't very well equipped. No chopping board? No trays for the oven? Stains all over the carpets and sofa. I mean, can't someone take an hour to give them a clean once every few months? Service in the Boathouse, was I talking in a different language? I had to ask to be served, wouldn't even make eye contact. Ran out of Pinot Rose wine, ran out of red wine, no £1 coins, no 50p coins, looked genuinely miffed I was asking for change, I mean, get the change machines working to solve the issue? Arcade machines take your money and don't work, ask at the bar to fix/return money, just get a blank expression, "I don't know anything about that". Playing bingo, get a totally drunk local woman shouting after every number is called Honestly, I've been to 30+ different parks over the years, this is in the bottom 3. Won't be returning. Edit* I will say, Ahmed who welcomed us on arrival was fantastic, couldn't do enough for us. If you could multiply his approach and work ethic 30 times across the staff, you'd have a decent park

Park was good, but we only booked that site because we understood there would be entertainment for the children in the evening. But when we got there it just didn't happen. When we asked we were told it had been cancelled all week. No announcements. No changes to the advertised schedule on the app or website. Just "no". Had a disappointed child and I felt really bad that I'd promised him. It's still advertised on your website that you run evening entertainment for children. That's false advertising. We would have chosen a different holiday park if we had known. I thought I'd take the matter up with you before leaving a negative review, but since I have had no response in the 2 weeks since I've emailed I've posted this review. It's not fair to promise a party to a child and then take it away without reason or warning.

The Lifeguard with the Long hair is a safeguarding risk!! Sat there on his phone the whole hour and then left pool side when the session was over leaving us in the pool with no lifeguard!! Disgusting behaviour

We came here in October and had a meal plan for breakfast and dinner. It seemed that they had run out of half the menu. Things like toast weren't available with the breakfast and various parts of meals and desserts were left off. There wasn't much of an apology really. They didn't even have coke, apple juice or orange juice available. It was similar when we went to another Park Holidays resort so we won't be trying them again. Park Dean or Haven are much better in our experience.

Just had a lovely weekend here, staff in the club house are brilliant, very helpful and cheerful. The entertainment on the Saturday night were fantastic, a tribute Bee Gees band. Only negative is that there is no where to Recycle, everything goes in the one bin.

We are currently at Pevensey Bay and I just wanted to post about how great it is! It’s a relatively small park, right on a lovely stone / shingle beach - you can even hear the waves crashing from our lodge. We’re in a platinum lodge on a lovely quiet part of the park although it all looks peaceful and very nice. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, brand new and had everything you’d need, and a lovely place for a few days. The stand out element of our holiday though is the staff. Pre arrival both Becky and Sammy were lovely and greeted us with a warm welcome. The entertainment staff are absolutely outstanding, Brad and Emily Wright really work their socks off day and night engaging with guests and entertaining by night. They always bring the mood up and make sure everyone has fun. Emily is an absolutely fantastic singer and performer and deserves to be famous one day, she is brilliant and a lovely person to boot. The bar staff are also lovely, Declan looks after us in the bar every night and Jenni is great fun and seems to be everywhere working hard. We are having a really lovely break here and will definitely be back - amazing lodge, great park and position and wonderful staff! Thank you 😊 Nina, Steve and Ella x

Pluses: good location, easy to get to with easy access to Eastbourne, Brighton and Hastings, very nice chalet (worth paying for the premium ones), good facilities. Negative: only one, but it's a big one. Kids club cancelled every night we were there with no prior warning or real explanation.
