A great place to spend an hour (you think an hour might not be enough but it's plenty!). Slight whiff of cheesy feet as you step though the door but that's to be expected 🧀 even though you do have to purchase and wear their special grip socks (only £2 a pair and can be reused). They seriously cover their backs as far as safety is concerned and quite rightly so. You can do some serious damage by being careless when trampolining so as long as you do what the safety briefing tells you, you'll have a great time. Brilliant discounts available with the 1066 Card too! I imagined it to be really manic inside but it wasn't too busy at all. They schedule groups by the hour that is booked so it's all spread out and a lot safer. Quite well air conditioned in there too. Would definitely return here again. A bloody good workout! You'll feel it in the morning.

Took our children here, and felt continuously stalked by the ‘professionally trained’ teenage staff. Our children were being children and trying to have fun…safely. But apparently you have to land two feet on every bounce….how is that possible when they encourage you to play dodge ball while jumping, jumping into foam pits and other activities that encourage you to play. If they were running round like a lunatic I would fully understand the continual reprimanding. When the presumably manager came and spoke to us, I asked to see the certificates for the trained staff, to which he couldn’t show any. Honestly, the last thing I want is a child with a broken bone for Easter. So I would be the first person to tell my child off. This really was over the top, as it was absolutely dead and empty in there. Completely kill joy and spoilt the afternoon for the children. If your children want to have fun, I suggest heading to ninja arena or jumping at burgess hill. This was over the top snow flake society.

So over priced and boring. It is so regimented and strict that it makes it painfully boring. It cost £43 for 2 young children & myself just to follow them around in a circle and 3 pairs of socks. The workers don’t let you breathe without moaning about something. 1 hour for £32 just isn’t long enough either. Could get 2 hours fun in a soft play centre for £16 and not be watched like a hawk. Will not return here

Kind of overpriced to be honest, only so much trampolining we can do in two hours, we had entry to the older kids soft play included in the £19 entry fee but it was literally a couple of soft ramps and some of it was shut off. There was an arcade area although this was tiny also, not.much choice but far better then their jungle play area. I wouldn't advise if your looking for something more than just trampolines.

This was a great novelty when it first opened. Unfortunately it's lost its touch in a terrible way. Staff immediately are on your case about everything, removing all the fun. On the whole they lack any enthusiasm. They watch you incessantly to the point it becomes intimidating. The place is becoming tatty, with broken areas blocked off. The foam blocks you dive into smell worse than my teenagers bedroom in the morning, I'm not exaggerating! Whole place needs a scrub and some work done and something new adding. 'Summer Deal' for 2 hours... don't bother. One hour is plenty. Plus they'll find a way to make you buy their own socks even if you have some that are exactly the same! If you've never done it before, sure why not. But it smells, it feels grubby. Ninja Warrior is cleaner, cheaper (give student and blue light discount) and the staff are much more friendly, for adults and kids!

In an effort to avoid liability, my children were constantly bickered at by the annoying untrained teenage staff for trying to have fun. Rules are rules, but give people a break. Will not return. The needing to buy "trampoline socks" i thought was rather petty and being marched into a room by a teenager to watch a safety video (when i said i had seen it the night before)was none to pleasant either. The wrist band stuff was all a bit petty too, you had one colour once you have paid and another colour once you had been marched into a room and seen the safety video (the colours are so the spectating teenager can kick you off it you dont have both bands on). What child wants to sit and watch a safety video when they arrive somewhere for a birthday treat, they just want to have fun (if you tell them the kids watched it on youtube the night before, you are still ordered to watch it again as it has to be on the same day). Too strict and rules too petty.

My children was constantly bickered at by the annoying untrained teenage staff, yes I get protecting any liability’s but come on have some Leigh way here, they are children.. I found it was a little too strict & on your back all the time.. The “you must” land on two feet, got to take into consideration children can have difficulties with their motor skills as does my son so he found this a bit tricky.. One last thing the paying of your “own” correct socks, can you not inc these in the entry price too as it’s pricey enough.. Will not be returning….

We went with our granddaughter and her friends as it was her birthday. They absolutely loved every minute and were sorry to go. A good place to get physical and enjoy the activities.

First time coming here and I must say I am very impressed. Its clean an tidy. The staff are friendly and smiley. Unfortunately one of my little ones became ill while we were still there. She couldn't join in and just layed out on the seats and that was not an issue. No funny looks or comments (she is autistic too). My 2 elder ones have not stopped playing. No shortage of trampolines. Definitely worth a visit again.

Thisd is a great place to burn off the extra energy kids have! Lots of bouncy variety. Good staff. Plenty of parking. Not over crowded. Clean. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Me and the family really do like it here. The staff are amazing making sure that everyone is safe and making sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to and also what they ain't meant to be doing. The drinks are also well priced. Over all a very good few hours out.

I have visited Urban Jump for years with my seriously autistic son with no problems. After today’s visit I will never go again. Whereas before the staff were really accommodating today they were aggressively pedantic about minor details to the point that all the fun disappeared and we had to leave. People don’t understand that kids with ASD can’t do all the petty rules and regulations and that ensuring their fun means streamlining everything. These people are more interested in satisfying the terms of their public liability insurance than showing the kids a good time. All the staff are miserable and watching their backs.also it took the staff at the counters 15 minutes to book in 3 families. It smells bad now too

As a director of a language school, I orchestrated an afternoon activity for a diverse group of children, ranging from ages 9 to 15. It turned out to be the perfect choice for letting the kids expend some energy and have a great time. The venue had an abundance of trampolines, and the children rarely had to wait for their turn. They thoroughly enjoyed the two basketball trampolines, the fighting pit, the somersault pit, and the dodgeball trampoline pitch, adding plenty to do to the experience. Additionally, as part of the 2-hours-session we booked, the children were allowed in the Rainforest Assault course. Although we had our own food and drinks, it's worth mentioning that the venue also has a café serving hot food and sandwiches. Overall the afternoon activity was a resounding success, and all the kids had a blast throughout the entire session.

First visit. As a family consisting of children of ages 6,10 and 13 this place is ideal as it one of the few things they can all do and enjoy, £12 per person for an hour is pretty good valve, the kids loved it and it certainly tired them all out, only down side is that they could do with clearing the tables more often and maybe giving it a hoover, throughout the day, also the supervisors can be a bit of a jobsworth, imaging my shock when after telling my children plenty of times to always land on two feet, which is fair enough, then goes bouncy around at the end of the session when everyone was out, completely ignoring there own rules, this is only a minor gripe and overall the place is great fun and we will be returning again soon

Booking straight forward. Turned up, signed waivers, watched a safety video then ready to bounce. Kids and I enjoyed the trampolines, it wasn't too busy. Quite expensive.

Great place in Heathfield. Beside the jumping part there is an assault course, a small arcade and for under 5s a small softplay. Big big bonus for me is they accept cash!!!! Hopefully this will continue. We drove over 40 minutes to get here but will definitely visit again.

Not very fun or relaxed place. I received the link for the safety video when my time slot was already started and spending all together 20 minutes with a crying two year old watching safety videos. After that I was informed that I couldn't even accompany my toddler with my normal socks on and spend another 5 minutes on the queue with crying child to get myself a pair of correct socks. None of this is clearly marked on the booking email or on the reception The downstairs staff are absolute jobsworths. I understand that health and safety is important but I got told off by going on the same trampoline with my 2 year old! This staff has no understanding of little children. We were all finally thrown out few minutes before the time slot was officially ended as the company has a strict in and out policy with no minute to spare between the slots. My hour slot ended up being about 35 minutes. the downstairs staff certainly takes their job seriously with constant radio communication. They really make sure that no one has any fun.

My daughter is 8 and loves this, it can get very busy, I prefer to go on weekends close to dinner time as it seems to be the most quiet, the cafe closes at 4pm so get there early if you want to eat, there is seating areas to watch also

Great venue for kids of all ages. I frequently take my toddler to the soft play. The ‘mini mornings’ are great as the little ones get access to the trampolines too. Staff are always friendly and helpful

I think this is a great place but it was just too busy. I understand it's the weekend and it's raining but should be more limited. Have a perfect bar downstairs where the trampolines are but it's never open? Booked online and filled in waivers but still have to wait 10 minutes to get a wrist band which could be printed off by a machine? Overall we had fun and would be nice if there were more places like this.

Only vegan option was chips or salad and was told chips would take 40 minutes. All tables were covered in slush puppy and staff took about half an hour and two reminders to actually clean it up and there was no ketchup.

The activities where good but unfortunately the cafe really let the side down. Staff loitering in the food prep area leaning on the work surfaces and no hair nets on. Surprise there was a hair in my food... the hotdogs where all cold, all round poor hygiene levels. Very disappointed.

Great few hours, they didn’t want to leave.

Impressive place - huge inflatable play area, cafe, small soft play and big ball pit. For my little toddler it was all perhaps a bit challenging - maybe again in a year. The little softplay upstairs is good and a ride-on toy area is great too for a 2.5 year old. Sad to see there aren't really any healthy or vegan options sold when the kitchen closes. - no fruit? Feel sorry for kiddies with allergies. Pom bears and fruit would be something.

Fantastic place, very safety conscious and clean. Excellent facilities, many trampolines and added stuff such as foam pit and climbing wall, jungle gym. Two cafes, choice of booking for 1 or 2 hours, would recommend 1 hour as its very tiring!
