This is marketed as a "luxury" apartment. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Absolute terrible customer service. Rude Front Desk Members. Terrible mailroom practices, resulting in package theft. WHO STEALS FROM A CHILD! You will tell them about your missing packages and they will not help in any way. No cameras in the room and so package companies will just leave packages out and people can take them at will. The front desk has even told me they don’t have cameras where the packages are left. The gates are consistently a problem, and parking is always a hassle. For the price you are paying you would do much better to seek out another complex. The smell of dog poop when the wind is blowing is terrible! Supposedly they have a policy but it is obviously not enforced. I do not recommend these apartments. Gave one star because you can't leave zero!

Previously posted a great review but have since changed my mind. There is constant trash everywhere and dog poop. They have changed management 3 times and have ignored our issue of constant noise from our neighbor. If you want luxury go elsewhere. Kiersley in the front office has been amazing at helping us out as much as she can, but her hands are tied on some of these issues. That being said, there is little luxury here. Constant dogs barking and trash everywhere on top of the dog poop right next to dog poop containers. It’s insane the lack of care given to the residents from the corporate office on issues that are brought to their attention.

This place claims to be luxury apartments but they are far from that. Outside reeks of dog poop and there is dog poop left in the hallways and sidewalks. The rent price is ridiculous for what it is. The inside looks nice until you really start to look closely and you realize it this place was sloppily put together. Good luck getting mail delivered to you. There are no cameras in the mailroom and packages are never placed in the package drops. They are left out on counters where they get stolen. Nothing done about that. We had Monday through Friday trash pickup which was convenient being that we don’t live on the first floor. Now it was cut to three times a week. Which would be fine if I was living here alone or something but I have a family with children. It builds up quick. Giant pothole in the parking lot has yet to be fixed. Both times we had someone parked in our paid spot there was nothing we could do about it. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal except we pay for it for whenever storms come due to the hail damage. Kind of annoying whenever you finally really need it and it’s being taken and nothing is done. The elevators are out of service way too often. Overall, some of these things may be tolerable, but not for the ridiculous price of this place. Can’t wait for our lease to be up so we can leave.

I’ve lived here two years and loved the mark however towards the end this place was going down hill! The new management and owners have done a 180 with this place in a short amount of time! I love living here it’s gorgeous and peaceful! For apt living the pool is huge and so is the dog park and the new management has been great about making sure both amenities stay CLEAN!

Malia Camino is the Best Leasing Consultant a girl could ask for! I was super nervous when visiting Mustang Ridge. Looking for an apartment can be intimidating... But thanks to Malia the entire process was phenomenal! From start to finish I felt educated not pressured. She really cares about her tenants.

I’ve been living at The Mark for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it! I had one issue with crickets I had to call about, pest control came a day or two later, and I haven’t seen any since. One con is calling the leasing office. You will have to call three times to get an answer but it does not bother me as much. They have upheld everything they promised when I moved in. I just received my signing special and have been very pleased with the customer service. Overall I rate it a 9.5/10!

Shiela and Kiersley are the new owners/managers of formerly “The Mark.” They have already made this place better than the old crew. Brandi was great with the old crew, but the new crew is doing great things! Thanks, y’all!

There is a Amazing property. The staff is wonderful the residence are great. Serves every five stars if anybody’s looking for a luxurious apartment complex, I recommend Mustang Ridge
