I love coming to this gym! I have a gym in my home town but I drive a ways to this one because it’s 24/7 and has better pricing and atmosphere! The staff are always so friendly and always willing to help with whatever u need and I just love the vibe at this gym. This gym is always very clean (with sanitation bottles at every station) and has great equipment. I also love that they have tanning beds and hydro massage beds!

Very politely asked a manager to turn one of the 10 tvs to NFL network, and was told to go f myself. Half the treadmills are broken and skip. Also one water massage chair has the pressure of a kitten kneading biscuits and is broken. Response to reaponse: There is large plethora of tvs more like 20. My actual request was that one be changed to NFL network and left there, and I would workout on one treadmill nearby that tv when I came in. The staff never came out and tried to change it after saying they would try. That's a lie. I sat there watching for them for an hour as i used the equipments. There are two tvs on cnn, two on fox, and two on the home improvement channel every day. I'm sure the majority of your guests enjoy watching cnn and the home improvement channel when they workout over nfl network. You're not in the south or anything.

I’ve been going to WOA Weaverville every day for two years, and while initially I absolutely loved the facility, unfortunately it seems to be declining in quality and care lately. Some examples: equipment will break and remain unusable for weeks, the bathrooms do get pretty filthy (or are out of supplies), the fitness area doesn’t seem to be cleaned often and is consistently kept at a muggy temperature of 72-75 (I’ve never had to cut a workout short because of temperature before coming here), and the employees with whom I’ve interacted don’t seem to give the same care as they do to their personal clients or friends. I try to be respectful with my concerns, but overall I feel the quality of WOA Weaverville has declined, which is a bummer because it’s the only 24-hour gym near me, and I really enjoyed it.

We love this gym. The manager, Matt, is so helpful and friendly to everyone and his staff. This gym is the cleanest gym we have been, with great equipment.

Do NOT listen to what they tell you, READ the contract. They lie! I explained to the guy who signed me up that I may be moving soon and do not want a contract. I just want a month to month membership. He told me that is exactly what I was getting, a month-to-month membership that I could cancel anytime. So last week I canceled my membership two days in advance of the end of my month. And yet today I got billed for an additional month. When I complained, they sent me a copy of the contract and said that I had to give a full 30 days notice to cancel the membership. So in fact you can cancel anytime, but you will be charged for an additional month at least. I don’t know of many people who actually read those long contracts, but most of us trust that what we’re being told is accurate. I really do not like being misled. Overall, this gym is OK with decent equipment. Unfortunately it is really the only game in town. The men’s locker room is always a mess and smells of feces and urine but that’s because the toilet is 10 feet away from the changing and locker area. There were holes in the sink cabinetry and one sick was “out of order” for over a week. The water dispenser for reusable bottles was “out of order“ for the entire time I was there. For me 30 bucks is not that much to lose, but I cannot stand deceitful practices like this gym does to get members.

Great gym! The location is perfect for my needs and I love that there is a variety of machines and equipment. Maggie is also a fantastic trainer and employee! She is incredibly professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about workouts and fitness!

A great gym to workout at with great people running the place. I highly recommend trying it out and getting a membership.

I suggest to anyone that is working out to go to WOA Weaverville, the gym is absolutely amazing, it’s a very comfortable environment with very friendly people and staff, the gym stays very clean and it’s nice that I can go in at anytime.

I joined this gym about two months ago and I have been very happy. The owner of this franchise is very fortunate to have such a tight knit staff that seems like a family. They are constantly cleaning and caring for guests. I’m I retired executive director from a Fortune 500 company and I own Airbnbs in Asheville and I pastor a church. I can tell you that this staff is an asset. Being gay I was not sure how I would be treated but I have had no issues. It’s small but they have everything. I really only use the stationary bike while I manage our businesses and write sermons and that works for me for now but plan on doing weights in the new year.

It's good. I prefer mornings or afternoons. It's a more business casual type of clients at that time. The younger crowd is in there at night. Great gym for the price. Premium membership is worth it if you tan.

My son and I love this place. friendly, accommodating staff and the coaches rock! Equipment modern and well kept. Clean place. Love the fact that I can workout ANYTIME! :)

I have been meaning to write a review of this place for a while now. I joined the gym in September because I have a friend who works out here and I wanted to look like him. I emailed the gym and I spoke with Matt who was very helpful in answering questions I had about the gym. Matt wasn't there the day I signed up, but he made sure to have someone from the team help me when I arrived. The sign up was easy and I was given a small tour and off I went. Since my time at the gym I have met so many great people here and it truly feels like a gym fam. The staff is friendly and approachable. The amenities are minimal, but that's perfect for me because I am able to focus on the work out. The price is great and they have all the equipment you want from a gym. Totally recommend joining.

I live in Florida and came to NC for Christmas and New Year. I'm a bodybuilder and I need to maintain my training. This gym is amazing and has everything I need! The staff are great and super polite! I loved this gym.

I have been coming to this gym for almost a year now and this is the best gym I have ever been to in buncombe county. The staff are wonderful people and they are all extremely helpful and kind. If you need a gym that makes you feel like family this is the place to join.
