When I order online to get a "fresh" pizza, don't fill it with a hot and ready. I know what your fresh pizza looks like. Also, when I door dash a pizza and you watch the driver carry out the pizza vertically, maybe stop them and let them know they are doing something wrong. Don't get bent out of shape when I call corporate to get taken care of when you saw what happened and did nothing to correct it. That is lazy management.

Poor lady was running her butt off. She was by herself doing job of 3 people. Our crazy bread was flat but was still tasty. We always love Little Ceasars. Try stopping every time we're on Joplin.

Most of the time the staff is pretty nice. The pizza is good, but very greasy( still tastes good) the only problem I have seen here is sometimes the staff will goof around in the back and will be eating the product. The other day this happened and a blonde lady ate the food then made pizza without washing her hands.

Ordered online: half pep half beef, this was not what I picked up. Cheese pizza I ordered looked so old and was the consistency of cardboard. Awful customer service. Save ur money go to Pizza hut across the road.

It's little Ceasars. You go here because it's cheap, and fast. My last couple visits haven't been overly fast. That's for sure. What's supposed to be hot n ready is never ready. Since they had to make it, I got their ultimate pepperoni. It cost as much as Caseys or Papa Johns, and it's not as good. Go here for lunch or a cheap dinner, but call your order ahead for sure.

I placed an order on the app for pretzel pepperoni crusted pizza with red sauce. The brownie bites and crazy bread with Red sauce. I gave the woman my name and asked to pick up my order. She said she didn't have it. I said I ordered it in , and already paid for it in the app. And she says maybe you had Maiden street store. I said no, it says Madison Street. I told her my name 2 or 3 times but she insisted She didn't have it. Said to check my phone so I check my phone and I had the correct address. I go back in to show her And she looks at it and she said. What's your name again so I told her and she says Oh, I have it, Apologized and pulled it out of the oven. Ugg. When I got to our destination I opened the box to find it was a regular pre-made pepperoni Pizza, not The pretzel crust That I ordered, and the crust was hard. I tried to call to let them know. I got the wrong pizza and they would not answer the phone.

Lady that answered the phone, and during pick up was very nice, and speedy. Food was good, ordered the crazy sauce(good size portion), to go with the very yummy, Italian cheese bread. Also order some ranch, not the best, but was okay when you dipped the pizza in it. paid a little over $18.00 for the order, so overall pretty good.

The lady who is always there (I think the owner or manager) is always super nice. Thanks for the great service

Gio and Elijah are true professionals. We had a supply line leak and our entire first floor flooded (1,200 sq.ft). They came quickly and were able to identify the leak quickly after using their sound detection device. They gave us two honest recommendations (replace main line vs. repair broken area) and started repairs after we made our decision. The process was fairly quick, starting diagnostic on Wednesday and finished work Tuesday next week, and this was in between thanksgiving break. They came during the break and weekend to do some work and worked quickly to finish once the week started. There was not room enough for a bucket on the side of the toilet where the water was pouring out. We kept filling a pitcher and dumping it into a bucket and pouring it into the bathtub. We ran out of Shamwows and towels. The water shut-off to the toilet was broken and we do not have a water shut-off inside our1926 home and we were having difficulty turning off the ancient one in the street. About five minutes into this ordeal, I thought of "Stop freakin' Call Beacon." And I did. I was babbling from the stress, and I was not sure the gal answering the phone understood, but she gave us a time window when a plumber would arrive. Meanwhile, an hour in, my husband was able to turn street valve off. We were damp and exhausted when Travis arrived. He was so calm and competent that I thought surely, he was sent from heaven. He switched out the broken parts very quickly and went with my husband to turn the water back on from the box in the street. And now there was water leaking inside the box!! Travis gave us the hotline for the city to report water leaking and told us what to say. He double checked everything before he headed out into the night, and we were grateful that Beacon has a 24-hour hotline and especaily grateful that Travis was the guy who showed up. We had had it serviced shortly before, but our heat broke again and we realized there was a bigger problem. Tony and Victor came out on relatively short notice yesterday so that we were not without heat for more than 24 hours. They were extremely kind and empathic, and took the time to really get to the heart of the problem. They even came back by today for a second time and did not rush the job either time, making sure they were thorough. Very polite and wonderful gentlemen to work with. We would be more than happy to have them come help us with any issues in the future. They are trustworthy, reliable, and even paid attention to small details (noticing for example that we had a gas-connected fireplace that required a key that we could also possibly get up and running). You are a pizza place that close at 9pm which is not late and you can't make a pizza in less than 15 minutes? I called at 8:42pm and it takes 7 min to get to the parking lot pretty lousy crew management needs to remind how customer service works.

Perhaps if Christian F ( name according to reciept) actually answered phone orders, or even kept herself inside the building to hear a phone call...instead of being on the parking lot having a party in the back seat of her car with her " friend"...she might actually get something done. Pretty sure that's what they pay you for. Try just doing your job. A novel idea, I realize.
