The breakfast buffet is deplorable and not worthy of consuming. The eggs are burnt, the sausage is the cheapest links you can buy, and the biscuits are overcooked and are as hard as a rock. The hotel provides the thinnest, cheapest white plastic plates, bowls utensils possible, along with the cheapest cups possible. It wreaks of cheapness just like the food does.. The two trash cans are full of uneaten food and are very unsightly and unsanitary. The included photos speak for themselves. This has all been brought to management’s attention on multiple occasions, but in discussion with the general manager it is very obvious she doesn’t care about the hotel’s guests and especially the quality of the breakfast and whether it is edible or not. So if you are wanting to wake up in the morning and enjoy a great breakfast, you may want to strongly consider booking a room at a hotel that really cares about their guests’ breakfast experience. When I complained to the general manager about the less than edible breakfast her hotel serves, she replied sarcastically that they don’t serve steak and eggs for breakfast, sorry, and my reply to her was I am not asking for steak and eggs, all I am asking for is a breakfast that is edible. It isn’t like her hotel's rooms are free of charge. If you may think I am embellishing or am just being dramatic, I say go ahead and book a room at this hotel and see for yourself that the details of this hotel are very lacking and especially the breakfast that they serve since it l, again, is far from edible. Why be in the hospitality business if you obviously do not care about serving a good, high-quality breakfast to your guests, one that is healthy, fresh and tasty? This breakfast problem hasn’t been corrected and apparently isn’t going to be corrected due to management and the owners of this hotel obviously thinking their hotel's breakfast is totally acceptable and doesn’t need addressing to make it better for its hotel guests.

I’ve stayed at better Holiday Inns. But this will do. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was a pretty clean hotel. It could use a little updating. As far as the breakfast, it looked very clean. Honestly, one of the cleanest hotel breakfast locations I’ve been to. But all the food was prepackaged. Eggs were absolutely terrible. And for $141 and I expected a little more compared to other Holiday Inns down the road that I have stayed in before.

Holding a week long event, at this location I will say we have been doing this for over twenty years and I must say the entire staff deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the cleaning staff included if we were in Texas every year this would be our choice again and again they above and beyond to make sure their guests are satisfied.

Had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn. Room was clean and bed was extra comfy! Rooms are very quiet, didn't hear a door close all night! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location is easy to get to. Pool area very nice! Whirlpool nice and HOT! Would definitely stay again!

This is unfortunately the worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever visited. Unfriendly front desk staff, massive parties in their tiny pool was left unchecked by staff, disgusting poo left uncleaned in the lobby restroom, our room was never cleaned and poorly maintained. I overlooked all this, but the "breakfast", dear lord... this was missing the most basic things like butter and just simple variety. No waffles, no bacon, no choices... just a very simple selection that one would find at a QT gas station. I'm a simple guy to please, but even I couldn't wait to get out of there. Their printer didn't even work to give me a receipt so I just left. Way too overpriced and certainly NOT a three-star hotel!!! I think I'll try another hotel chain next time.

Very nice. The room was large and spacious. Everything was clean. In particular, I found the pillow especially comfortable, and enjoyed the large window in my room. I would say this hotel was worth the money.

Wonderful property. Will be staying again. We had a day out at kemah. Very close. Several shopping centers and restaurant options in area. Quiet comfortable sleep. Clean, hot shower. Friendly and quick responding staff. There is a nice pool with cabanas available. Fresh hot breakfast. We absolutely loved it!

Room was very clean and large but had multiple issues. Our key cards kept deactivating so we had to go to the desk at times to fix them. Our tv would lose signal after every time it was shut off, causing us to call the man at the front desk who told us that our room has had trouble with that for awhile. The showers was clogged so we stood in a puddle of water every time we showered. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working and water was green. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast had little choices and not good quality. Staff very nice though.

We stayed here for the weekend for my son's flag football game . We absolutely loved it the breakfast was delicious and the the pool is so relaxing . They even have multiple grills setup to use poolside. The concierge Sierra was amazing she made sure my family and I were well taken care of ! I will definitely be back.

Our family group of 12 spent 2 nights (6/30 to 7/2) at this hotel in the middle of our 2 week vacation. This was a very nice hotel, complimentary breakfast was good and very close to the Houston Space Center. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone that visits the Houston (Webster) area!

Five stars because you get a great value for the price you paid: Clean, great housekeeping, hospitality of front desk employees (employee was nice to my kid and helpful when we were locked out), location of hotel. Area of improvement: perhaps breakfast which is by the way very decent more than good, breakfast feedback is just based on comparing it to another Holiday Inn Express breakfast I stayed at. Will I recommend this place? Absolutely, a great 3-star hotel.

Steve was very nice and professional, at check in. We were staying in town to be close to the hospital there. They were very helpful with our day to day schedule. The hotel was close or at capacity each day and the woman at the front desk was lovely to help us stay in our room each day. Also, the pancake maker is pretty cool!

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston Space Ctr - Clear Lake was a mixed experience. The morning shift front desk staff could use some training in customer service, as they didn't meet my expectations. The food was just okay, nothing to write home about. Additionally, I had to change rooms due to a water leak during the rain, which was inconvenient. However, the overall stay was not terrible, hence the three-star rating. ⭐⭐⭐

Pretty near to the NASA space center. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. A pity that hairdryer and bottled water were not provided. Breakfast was simple, don't expect too much.
