Do not stay here! This place reeks of mold everywhere. AC doesn’t work, water doesn’t work, staff is horribly rude. I can talk, I stay a couple hundred nights a year in hotels - worst experience ever right here. Was hot and sweaty working in the heat all day, came back to a hotel without running water, waited 2.5 hours for water then realized I was out of towels, went to front desk to ask for a towel, was told I had to bring my used ones down first (I’m room service now ?), I said please, I’m hot, sticky and sweaty, and would rather not go all the way back to my room and back and forth.. could I please have a towel and then bring the old ones down ? Nope !! After not having water all night I did say this was BS and she said I didn’t need to stay there. I said I’ve already paid… How about you refund me for the night and I’ll leave ? She said she wouldn’t do that either, instead, she called the police to have me kicked out. On top of all that this was the hottest sweatiest and stinkiest hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in hundreds. The night manager was a real piece of work. Bad attitude, bad disposition, bad everything. Water was off, internet didn’t work, sat tv didn’t work, AC barely worked, breakfast was just a waffle, staff horrific, hallways were 95 degrees, hotel reeked of mildew… Peace out.

Ridiculous place. The room in itself was fine, but there was no hot water. A place called Comfort Suites, supposedly a three-star hotel, without hot water is simply embarrassing. Explained the situation and had to ask myself to shower in a different room. Got a key to the room next to mine, which obviously wouldn't have hot water either. I really don't recommend staying here.

The initial front desk person was nice. The room is musty, A/C was not working great. Checked out next day and The person managing the front desk was on her cell phone and we had to get her attention away from it. She was not pleasant while checking out and would not give her name to Expedia to confirm the cancelation.

Good location. Right next door to a skating rink. The Skating rink was super fun. Hotel room was good for the price. Breakfast was okay. Seemed like they were trying to cut back on how much they were putting out.

I am a Choice Privilege Memmber for years! My stay here was horrible! There were no working elevators and I had my 72 year old elderly mother with me whom is Handicapped and Disabled. We had to get her back home due to no working elevators. We had to take the stairs from the 2nd floor up and down everywhere we needed to go. Their was no hot breakfast! Only a waffle maker and sausage biscuits to be warmed in the microwave. The ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work. Had to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor for ice. There were no comment cards to fill out after they had a sign up requesting that you fill out a comment card on how they we’re doing. I felt as if you knew your elevators weren’t working they should’ve let their guest know in Advance. But as you can see money comes first. This was such a Big inconvenience to me and my family at a $250 stay. I’ve always chose Comfort Inn & Suites cause ain’t love their Quality and Hotels. One thing I must say housekeeping was great. Rooms were very clean!! I had been trying to reach a manager but no response was given. And no type of compensation was offered.

I stayed here this past weekend and I will never do it again. I came in late Friday and woke up Saturday morning to blood on the comforter. It was covered by the sheet. Seems like they don't even wash the comforters. I put the "Please do not disturb" sign Saturday morning and let the staff know we would be sleeping. The housekeeping staff still preceded to come in. I told the staff at the front desk again that we would be sleeping. I spoke to the "manager" of the hotel and he pretty much blamed the housekeeping staff even though he is over them or so I thought. Don't waste you money. They might have lower rates for the area but there's a reason for that.

Room was fairly clean. Beds were a bit hard. Breakfast did not have many options. Waffles, microwave egg sandwiches, yogurt, toast, fruit. Very close to NASA space center so was the best part.

Enjoyed our stay and Lauren was such a pleasure to see when coming in from our day. She and the manager went out of their way to help us with questions about handicap rooms so we could bring other family on the next visit. Will be back for sure!!! Nice clean place to stay with no problems.

The room was nice. The first night was hot🥵 in the room. The front desk lady in the morning came and helped me with the air condition. The service was wonderful and the people were nice. The people that work there I hope they get a raise because they were doing a lot of extra work to make that hotel run. The hotel was in a great location. A lot of eating places were around it and in walking distance. So when you walk into the hotel it smells just like the pool. The pool was cloudy and hot tub brown. From the handicapped was out of order the bathroom was out of order and was taped up. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Whoever owns the hotel doesn't take great care of it.

Overall my family had a great experience. The facility was quiet, well kept up with and rooms were clean and comfy. The two young ladies working the from desk were friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t get both of their names but Ms. Alexandria was professional and overall staff were nice. The only thing I didn’t like much was the toilet seat in my room was broken but nothing to really complain about. 9/10

Dominique was so sweet and so helpful and went above and beyond when he did not have to. The rooms were clean and cool. Zero problems! Dominique deserves a raise though!!!! If he sees this, thank you a bunch!

I recently stayed here for a week, it was a great location for easy access. There was wonderful service, food and atmosphere. The only issue I have/has was the lack of bacon and my key kept having issues.

Be prepared for the most uncomfortable bed you've ever slept in. My husband & I could hardly move after 3 nights here. Towels must be a commodity too as we've had one hand towel to use the entire stay. Not worth bothering the totally unfriendly man at the front for another one. The lady working was new & the gentleman was so busy ignoring her, not greeting guests upon entry & watching video on the computer that you didn't want to ask for anything....especially to ooen the pool/hottub (that's indoor & supposely open until 10:00 pm) It IS a hotel where people stay when theyre on vacation & also happen to stay up later than 10 pm. Would have expected 11 pm. Also, the only place to hang wet towels in or room is on the shower rod. No towel racks AT ALL. ***LASTLY*** THE WEBSITE SAY PET FRIENDLY BUT YOU WILL PAY RENT OF $25 A DAY FOR EACH PET YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL THAT IS PET FRIENDLY AND FREE!*** (Edit: I've actually worked at a Choice hotel. The location was not as "dressed up" as this one but we were friendly to out guests & the owners were good to their staff. That makes a big difference in your employee's attitudes. Maybe the managers should lead by example. Ironically I feel like he was the guy staring at the computer monitor watching the movie or whatever it was. Lesson learned.. looks are definitely deceiving.)
