This restaurant neglects the lobby to keep their drive-thru running. It took over 20 minutes to get my one meal. The lobby is also both outdated and beat up.

My husband and I stopped in for a very late lunch and we had super fresh double bacon cheeseburgers and piping hot fries that were salted perfectly! This is a gem of a fast food place. It’s just like I remember as a kid in Wisconsin.

Fun like restaurant that brings you a flood of memories. My husband and I had a blast in this kwaint little building. There isn't much seating, but it wasn't really busy when we went. The servers were loud, and you could hear the entire conversation taking place in the kitchen. Thankfully, it was customer friendly. The dining area needed a little cleaning but it's fast food what do you expect. The food itself was hot and made to order.

I had an exceptional experience at A&W thanks to the outstanding service provided by a young, heroic, handsome, blonde boy. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect and that I felt welcome. Ordered 2 Papa Bacon Cheeseburgers one had enough papa sause to sink a submarine in and the other not a drop? So that kind of ruined both burgers for us. They fix the attention to detail it would get 5 stars.

Went through the drive through and the speaker is a joke, you can't hear a word they are saying and then they get mad when you can't understand them. Because of this my order was miscomuncated and I didn't get everything I wanted. When I got my food it was cold. I would recommend going inside so this doesn't happen but then you get neglected because they are focused on the drive through.

Never been to an A&W that I can recall, so with that being said it was a great experience. A good amount of really great food for a decent price. I would go again if there was an A&W in Watertown, SD.

Great food, mediocre service, very slow (there is only a few ppl in here and one person in the drive thru) also overpriced! Just some constructive criticism.
