Pulled up a little after 11 since I was in the area, gave a quick call to see if they took walk in appointments and they did. Walked in and had a groupon for an eyebrow threading service, I was seen right away and the woman who did my brows was very efficient and knowledgeable. This was my first threading, I usually go for wax but after this I'll certainly be coming back for threading since it really wasn't painful and my brows look amazing! Super easy process, nice location as well, I'll definitely be back!

I LOVE this salon, this is truly the only place I trust with my brows. They do such an amazing job each time. You can really tell when a business genuinely cares about their clientele and I feel so taken care of when I am here. 10/10 all across the board!

This was not a great experience. I wonder if because I used a Groupon I got average/poor service. This was my first brow lamination. She threaded my eyebrows first, and then did the lamination. My eyebrows are now mismatched. She over threaded one pretty badly, and my eyebrows still look curly in some spots post lamination. She was on the phone for most of the appointment and didn’t really explain the process- which would’ve been fine if they turned out well, but it’s clear that she was very busy while working on me. Now my eyebrows look completely different and even with the Groupon I spent over $100. Not very happy with the results. We’ll see if it lasts or not.

I am glad I found this place since moving to the Houston area. Malasha does a wonderful job at waxing. They are always super friendly. I highly recommend Perfection Salon for all of your waxing and beauty needs.

I had my eyebrows threaded by Malasha. She was very gentle but also quick! I was in and out in under 10 minutes & it was my first time having my eyebrows threaded/shaped in several years. Loved my results! I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Make sure to schedule your appointment (can be done easily online).

Staff is very professional and friendly. Malasha delivers and executes such professionalism and consistency when it comes to eyebrow threading (which is what I get). She takes her time, listens and will give me advice about growing my eyebrows to fulfill my achieved look I’m going for!

The customer service here is absolutely despicable. Malasha who threads eyebrows is very rude and ALWAYS has a attitude. I have come here before because I live close by and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but this last visit was the nail in the coffin. She didn’t speak to me when I walked in and continued to talk to another customer without acknowledging me while doing my eyebrows. She ALWAYS manhandles your face and hands. Once she was done she handed me the mirror and turned around without saying a word to me. I’m not sure who she thinks she is but her and her threading are NOTHING special. You have to set up an appointment online because they think they are some high class establishment which is further from the case. I was warned by others not to come here and I wish I would have listened. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They will never get my business ever again.

This place is great! They're professional, clean and it's little to no wait time. I've tried different places for threading my eyebrows and there's always something that I don't like but here she always takes her time to listen to me and to perfect them with little to no pain! I've also had trust issues with cutting my hair, I've went years without anybody touching my hair but there was something about this place that I felt like I could trust and they did an amazing job! She did exactly what I asked for as far as cutting my hair. I highly recommend it here.
