As the sounds so is it. A local hotel though can't say bad. I like the fact that there's privacy when you need to be in your own space relaxing while enjoying yourself. There's also room service,something I like hotels to have,good and spacious parking lot,security and take away meals too offered though not a wide variety

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Should avoid the idea of client paying customer service fee. WiFi should be made available. Rooms be fitted with phones for room service, restaurant and bar....alot of walking to find the services

Mid-range accommodation facility. Average service levels. The location is not easily accessible if you follow the maps prompts. It's clean to acceptable standards, commensurate with the cost. It's also a nice place for a traveller.

Minata Hotel offers comfortable overnight accommodation, and it's situated in Webuye (Eldoret-Malaba Road). There are 18 guest rooms available; equipped with en-suite bathrooms, TVs, reading tables with chairs, some shelves and balconies. The staff arecvery kind and helpful. They have really clean rooms. It is safe and there is not much noise despite being just close to the highway. Given the location and the options in the area, Minata is a great find.

The food was amazing. Matumbo (stripes) never tasted so good. Indeed there is no place like home.

This hotel is one of its own in the area. It has very nice accommodation with an ambience of class. The restaurant offers affordable food for vegetarians and non vegetarians. It also has conference facilities, bar and fun section for kids. It's a perfect hideout for a getaway holiday!

Hospility top notch, very nice

The rooms are clean okay. The bar and restraunt reasonable. The only funny thing is that they put off the heater even as you are showering and also the tv as early as 9.30pm. Bad customer service at the reception after you have paid the accomodation fee.

Love the natural ambience,good food and drinks. Beautiful rooms for sleeping with an enclosed balcony that one can seat and do their stuff. very quiet and cool too

A cool environment to reside with very competitive prices. Fresh food on order, Ample parking space. Accessing the location is somewhat tricky due to the overpass at the weigh bridge.

Such a paradise. The grass is green and the rooms are spacious. Also, a rule of thumb is always run the taps to see if there's water, always!!! However, there are limited options in what you can have for lunch and dinner.

This is my family’s third time staying here. We love it! The staff is super nice and accommodating! The food has been much better with a wider variety this visit. The manager, Richard is always present and check in with you at least twice a day to make sure everything is good! He even took my husband to the doctor last week when he needed medical attention. This is the only place to stay for my family! We feel like family when we’re here! 💜
