Most of their workers.. Don't knw how to talk to costomers. Especially when u don't speak german sad.. It Germany they won't fire them because they re German.. I will never go there to shop

Apparently good choice of electrical appliances but no clear indication of prices... looks like intentional! Next to the sticker of 19 euros cameraare are exposed camera thst are sold for 68 euros!

It's very big shop and it has a little bit for everyone. The prices are fair and the staff is helpful.

Not a place to go to if you are looking for help. It's astounding how often you look around and see staff having private conversations and trying to avoid eye contact with the people who put money in the tills. Product knowledge is also well hidden here. Was told recently that a soundbar for a TV was "too complicated" and I should buy a different model. Not sure what's complicated about plugging in an audio cable - maybe I look stupid. Anyway, it was much cheaper on Amazon and was installed in about thirty seconds. They do have good special offers from time to time, but it's worth checking prices carefully. Most of the time you can get it cheaper elsewhere even without having to get it online.

Perfect place to buy electronic devices and games

Great variety of electronics and kitchen ware. We purchased a Ninja Foodi Multicooker and the staff that attended to us was friendly and we were able to get a good offer on our purchase with warranty.

Kind personal. The ailes were low e ough that u could get a good view of the place and find what ur looking for rather quickly. From a stock perspektive nothing fancy but not bad i guess a normal electro-shop.

It's the only Saturn store in Braunschweig. Not as big as those in the bigger cities but still you can find a good variety.

Best place to buy electronics. Prices are very competitive and often prices are lesser than online prices. Almost all the staff speak English, which is great for foreigners. Try to get the Saturn card and collect points because the benefits you get from the Saturn card are unbelievable.

Located at the Schloss arkaden. Some of the Electronic items seems overpriced to me.

Poor customer service,lack of stock... they offered us a 1st coffee machine which was returned by the customer and defected and 2cnd which was on display for customers (used )and the want sell to us for the same original price .... (no discount!!!!....)and only 3 years on guarantee extra..... Scum offer...

It's a shopping mall....you can get all items...good to visit...superdry and Raw clothes are available on discount...Paid washroom avaible for .50 Euros
