Just tried the best Quesadilla i have ever tasted, extra hot with Mango is exhilarating on the tongue and will blast your taste buds. The service was fast and staff are very friendly. We sat in and ate as it can seat around 50 people. I highly recommend this place as there is parking outside. Only disappointment is the extra sauce is 20p (if you smile you may get it for free)

If you check my comments, I used to have my meal at Pepe (whatever anywhere). For this one, I need to give a 5 stars on it and can’t wait to come back again! The piri fries is sooooo awesome, crispy and hot! And the beef burger is memorably good. Can’t ignore about the wings. I always order 28pcs and finished it in a sec! Highly recommend this shops and bookmarked.

I order from Pepes in Walsall (Pleck) everyweek, food is always nice. Today I've ordered again, the food has been delivered, and it completely burnt. The lamb burgers today are terrible, normally succulent. I contacted the store to keep it civil, to be told that the griller has said they're fine. Normally the food is nice, never have any issues, but as this wasn't resolved for me, I won't be ordering again. I've attached pictures. £30 meal! Disappointed with the staff today.

This place has gone down hill over time! Firstly Poor customer service! The hygiene standards are very poor (staff hair out the cap over the food, some staff with long fake nails working in food environment?), Untidy food prep area, the seating area is “dirty” think it’s only cleaned once a day. The food quality has gone down the hill but the prices have increased & the portions have shrunk! The large option is cheat to charge you extra! The car park is a scam, they say it’s nothing to do with the establishment but when they must have applied for planning permission they must have had to provide sufficient parking for staff and customers? As there on red route residential area! Many more better alternatives locally!

The UK's best Pepe's. I've tasted the food from this franchise all over my hometown in Birmingham and, in Manchester, London and Bournemouth. This particularly branch outstrips them all in speed, quality and service. They thoroughly cook the chicken and marinade it generously. It's in your hands, less than a minute from the grill. It melts in your mouth. I notice, they use a slightly different pitta (rounded), slightly toasted - making all the difference. They also prepare the food, cut and wrapped to precision. The dining area is huge, spaced out and never busy - giving privacy and comfort. They have a separate section for 'Collection' - something other branches can learn from. Parking available right at the door, away from the roadside. Keep it up!

Very nice food, unfortunately the staff and manager let it down. Ever since the original opening, prices have increased a total of 3 times which have led to extortionate prices for meals and individual items. Expect rice boxes to not be filled or limited chicken in the box. If you are lucky you may get a box with adequate chicken and rice ratio. Chips are also not filled appropriately. In the last year or so sauces have become watered down with a liquid as customers aren't allowed more than 1 sauce per item. If you are ordering via Uber eats expect the minimum quality possible and don't bother asking for extra sauce. For the price you pay you would at least expect to have a reasonable amount of sauce. Though the management is profit greedy.

I always travel here for food and usually nice but unfortunatly today it was uneatable, the burger was really burnt, it was too hard to eat, never seen a burger so burnt, chips also tasted stale, like a board, dissappointed its not a cheap meal, i spent £33 for somethin thats fit for the bin

Very good service, food comes in really good time, fresh and hot. Chicken isn't dry but succulent all the way through. Staff are friendly and they are well organised.

Really tasty chicken the extra hot is well spicy. I should have only got the hot. The tenders are nice. Wings are good. And the full chicken is also good. Haven't tried the burgers or wraps. Fries are on the small side though. Even with a large meal. Probably not worth going large on a meal because you only get a large drink. Overall nice place. Clean and friendly staff. Only downside is that it's a bit on the pricy side.

This is the best pepes I have been to compared to many other branches. Yes takes a little time for food to be recieved but what do you expect if its being freshly prepared? Ali was very attentive who was at the tills. On arrival he asked if parked in car park as you will fetch charged if you don't enter your reg in their machine. He was patient and gave options as the rest of my party was a little undecisive. While I was waiting he told me to take a seat. Very helpful,polite and attentive young lad. Well done and pepes please recognise his efforts. The gourmet burger was okay. I asked for plain but you could still taste some kind of seasoning in the patte. The pattern itself did not taste like a fresh ground beef patte. The chicken pitta was nice. The chicken chicken strips were tender and the mango and lime flavouring was lovely with a good consistency. Slight powdery /floury taste but subtle and the same in other branches. Best thing was the consistency was nit watered down. Good charing on the chicken grill chef! The place was busy and it was late. Toilets need a bit of minor tlc but it was late in the day and perhaps didnt get around to it. I guess I would come here again due to convenience and other places close after 11. The expertise lie in the chicken with this place and the tenderness and flavours are pretty decent. Nothing amazing for me sorry but good. Well done keep it up. Thankyou

Been to a few of these Pepe places around the country. Decent food ( the chicken can be overly coated with marinade at times after being cooked ) fries are nice and the spicy rice is spiced just enough and doesn't blow your head off 😳 prices are reasonable and they do discounts for NHS staff. Car park isn't very big but depending on the time of day you go you can park out front / next door car wash without issues. Covid signs everywhere but I didn't see anyone wearing a mask apart from me. The delivery drivers especially must have some kind of immunity form Covid 🙄eating area big enough to be sat apart. Summary nice food, Decent prices just don't forget your mask.

The place had parking which was good however the food was not to the best of standards for Pepes. The quarter pounder single was very small and looked like a kids meal. It got finished in 4 bites for an adult. Not filling at all. The chicken n rice box was not full. However was flavoursome. But it was cold n she had to warm it up in the microwave which I thought was a disgrace. I’m sorry but deffo wouldn’t recommend to go again. Please fix up.

Food at this particular franchise of Pepe’s is good. Better than those in West Bromwich, Handsworth & Lozells. Have visited numerous times and never disappointed. However, the service doesn’t match the quality of food offered. Could definitely be improved. Also, the price you pay isn’t reflected in the way the food is served when you dine in. That’s something that seems to be consistent across all the branches. It’s not cheap food yet the way it’s served, is quite poor standard.

I love this place, The mango chicken is delicious and my favourite. There are a variety of options, and there's something for everyone. My family enjoys the atmosphere of the place, and my kids really like the chicken.

Today my wife called the shop in advance and i was served by a rude till staff who later found out the name was maya, she was screaming and being utterly rude. I normally get greated with great customer service but today it wasn’t the case. I went inside the shop and the same girl over the phone took my payment with pure disrespectful attitude and didn’t even tell me to put my registration plate in. However,the food was amazing and im upset by this poor service. I hope the managers take action.
