Just coming out the hospital and thought I'd spoil myself with some chips. The guy serving in there was very happy and friendly. Prices were cheaper than I expected and the food was pretty good. Everything was average, but the service and cheap price knocked this up to 4 stars for me!

The food was great, tbh I didn't think it would be. I only went there as me and my partner had been at the hospital for 4 days & needed hot food! I'm so glad I went to try the food here. It tasted really good, and was also reasonably priced. I went to 'Jay's Fish Bar' two days in a row. Thumbs up guys👍🏿

These guys really know how to do a top notch fish and chips - crispy and succulent. I appreciated the option of a small fish and chips (don't worry, there's large available for those with bigger appetites) and the homemade tartare was exquisite and not your bog standard. If only I didn't live the other end of the country, otherwise I'd be back regularly.
