Chicken lacks flavour and it was all red with loads of blood on the inside. Absolutely disgusting! Made a complaint to the manager and he kept saying it’s fine and he knows there’s nothing wrong with it. Sent him a picture of it and he said he will get back to us with a solution and didn’t. Really poor customer service. I can understand when running a business especially selling food things can go wrong. Why would the customer lie and make things up? This could have easily be dealt with better however, the manager/owner didn’t seem to care. Avoid this place.

Been to this place a few times before could have been a go to however today the real service and food has shown. Received uncooked bloody chicken no taste no flavour just simply dry. Easy and simple solutions a Refund ? Replace ? No was just ignored and keep being told will call back, 2 hours later still no call. Obviously not bothered, a shame as this place started off soo well. Chicken issue could have been solved easy, but was left hanging. The service is the main reason for not returning, not bothered about customers.

Absolutely delicious food!! Tried 3 different burgers now, wings, and loaded fries, incredible! Could eat over and over again. Will definitely be recommending to others! Very polite delivery drivers too, with fast delivery! Thank you!! X

5/5 Stars on service, taste and quality of food. The food tastes good, better than the local competition IMHO. We had chicken, burgers, fries and sides and all of our food was hot and cooked well, burger was built well, the fries, grilled and fried chicken hits all the right notes in flavour and quality, good food at good value, and delivery was quick! The pots of sauce could be filled a bit more, and the chilli sauce was a tad too dilute but they threw in the extras so all in all I was pretty pleased.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this local gem! Delicious food, good prices and a fantastic atmosphere. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to trying it again and getting something different!

Food was delicious and completely Halal . The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had high chairs for young children and they catered for our little one too. Prayer facilties provided also which is a massive plus for me. Overall an amazing experience and I'll definitely be back.

First time eating here an will be coming back again, the customer service I received was honestly so welcoming and while I was waiting for my food "Hashim" proceeded to ask me how my day was which made my day even better. The food is absolutely amazing! Can't wait to eat here again

Nice clean shop, great atmosphere, staff were very kind and accommodating for families. Pretty much table service including taking the order. Great budget friendly place to grab lunch or dinner. Very close in taste to pepe’s around the corner. Recommend the chicken and rice and cheeseburger. Very friendly. Deliver is always quick.

Ordered food and was given the wrong order, the manager decided to then drop the right order off to me instantly and within a short time. Good customer service as i only called once and everything was dealt with. Food was good as well.

Friendly staff, polite. Food was prepared quickly I had 1/2 chicken meal with mango and lime, this was really good. I would recommend.

Ordered 2 simple items (wings and burger) which took around 30 mins to get ready even though the place was empty. Food was warm and not all that considering the price, below average and expectations. Been to other places that charge less and food tastes much better. Not sure if the food was made and left on the side, as after I asked how much longer it was going to be, it was bought out right away. Bit puzzled as we were the only table in. Some staff seemed good and busy, others were just killing time. The bin was full, I take it, it was the manager who asked one staff to empty the and it was still full after I left. It's a relatively new business with plenty of competition around, the menu is pretty expensive so everything needs to be perfect. Hope they can do better!

Wouldn’t order from this place again as we all had a bad stomach after eating from here. God knows how they had cooked the food. Do not recommend. So don’t waste ya money.

Went in for a late meal yesterday and have to say the food was brilliant, nice double gourmet burger and Mrs loved it aswell. Nicely refurbished establishment and cleanliness was perfect. Spoke to the owner while I waited for the food.

Just had a take out from here and the food was delicious. Clean and well designed shop, professional and courteous staff. Highly recommended

Hot ghetto burger was absolutely amazing 👏 10 outta 10 Triple smash burger was 9/10 ONLY because it doesn't come with gherkins other than that, the bun and beefs too good Gonna try peri peri and chicken fillet next hopefully

Found a dead bug in my fries. Ordered through just eat & unable to get a refund. Very gross. As I said in my just eat review the fries actually seemed good until halfway through we noticed the dead bug. Delivery was fast but chicken wasn't well done or spicy like I asked. Was really hoping for a good peri place in walsall for my regular takeout but finding the bug was really gross. I'm very annoyed as I've not been able to get a refund either as when I found the bug we threw the food in the bin!
