I've been a regular customer at this Dixys for almost 10 years, I've tried all the others and this one is by far the best! Great food, always fresh, big portion sizes, excellent value for money! Just remember if you do plan on visiting it's cash payments only 👍🏻🏍

Absolutely terrible food from dixys pleck walsall this evening. Never usually leave reviews but How can you think its ok to be a food serving business and be serving customers cold chicken, cold burgers and cold fries??? Pack it all up and hope the customer don't notice till they get home!!!!! Doesn't even deserve the 1 star but unable to leave 0 stars on here. Recent reviews that are genuine are all negative. Shows things are going downhill!!!! Plenty of other places to go for better

Without a doubt the worst burger and fries you will taste in Walsall, feels like this business is not serious about serving fresh nice food, burger was hard and tasted like it had been triple fried and re heated over and over, fries were cold and not fresh. Won’t be returning here.

Tiny, old, burnt dry chicken, top pics are the size of half the pieces and the bottom is what a normal size should be. Black parts on the chicken too. Stingy with sauces as well and ignores notes all the time. How is about 20+ pieces chicken supposed to be had worh 4 little tubs of sauce? Won't be ordering again plenty of other places

Chicken was not fresh. Blood and a faint foul smell in the chicken. Chicken was well bruised inside and bone was broken like it was an injured bird. And the Pepsi is 100% fake. Upside fries are nice and fresh. Chicken went to the cat.

It's just ridiculously overpriced. Just go to Yum Burger, which is 2 doors away. Dixy Chicken actually owns it. Better variety, and it actually tastes somewhat better (even though they're made by the same people). If your after paninis then you'd have to go dixy chicken. If your after chicken wraps GO TO CHICKEN PALACE!!! Nowhere else you'll find better wraps than chicken palace! I don't care if its too far! You won't regret it at all.

Could do better with the chilli sauce very watery and the wings taste the chicken burger was good and the fries … it’s important to have hand wipes or a sink where customers could at least wash there hands

Food is ok but customer service is dreadful! Like a bunch of zombies walking around. Could be better

The wings are the smallest chicken ratio you can find. I haven’t tried any other options on the menu for a while so I won’t make a comment but wings are a disgrace. Better to go chunky chicken few shops away.

Best dixy outlet I have entered till now. They serve delicious food @ reasonable prices. Good service by the restaurant staff. I personally love the chicken wings it's absolutely good. They serve the southern fried chicken 🍗🍗. Overall my experience at this outlet is good every time I buy it here. Thank you for the food.

Amazing food go 7 miles to gt there food for family. Staff are friendly and shop interior is nice. Always clean and food is fresh, keep up the good work guys. In terms of parking you can park in a free car park around the corner...

I placed an order today after a very long time with Dixy the food was not packaged properly the food was absolutely cold I have worked in food place myself I know it can be stressing when you have a lot of orders and you have to get them out their but I would never send out cold food I’m really disappointed I don’t normally write reviews but I had to put this out poor service won’t be ordering again

The food is nice took a while to come but it was made fresh all in all no complaints

Went to dixy after a long time ordered a full platter the chicken tasted horrible seemed off no tsste at all went in the bin never again classic pizza make a better perri chicken less than half the price what i payed unfriendly staff seems like they suffer from depression avoid at all costs better takeaways out there you don't mind paying extra for quality food but not rubbish like dixy pleck.

Called dixy a girl called Imra answered the phone who had such a bad attitude over the phone customer service was very poor. I was a first time customer who has never been before but due to such a bad customer service I will tell all my family and friends NOT to go to the Town dixy but unsteady go to the Plecoptera dixy instead! The girl on the phone she rudely hung the phone and when calling back 3 times she finally answered this is the worst ever dixy bearing in mind I have tried many dixy and the customer service to the town dixy is appalling. Please do not go to this dixy if you want bad attitude and food feel free to go to this dixy if not go elsewhere.

The food is quite good. Amazing taste and spicy! I ordered on Uber eats a few days ago and they didn’t even bother including a drink, which I paid for. That was a complete let down!!

I order food from them coz my family loves it but when I go for collection they always put my food in cold place and half of the items gets cold. They always gets my food from top off that fries machine
