TOP TIER FOOD ,went for the first time yesterday and will definitely be going again . Brilliant price , service and atmosphere

Food was just brilliant! Service was really nice, made some special favours for us to accommodate are bug group (16 people) and helped us with surprise cake we brought in until we had our food as well. Only can say positive things for this place! Outside is very cozy and nice chill atmosphere through out.

Dropped in for the first time on a Saturday evening, it was so very busy but managed to get a table for two quite quickly. Not a massive choice on the menu, but looking around it all looked really good. Had a mixed grill, which was quite spicy and a goat curry which, even though was tiny and mostly bone, delicious. However, I do wonder if they have shares in an onion factory as nearly everything seemed to come on an onion base, or onion type sauce... Lovely setting (despite being in Pleck), big car park and outside area. Was absolutely rammed when we came to leave. Drink prices fairly reasonable and lots of staff serving. I'm sure we will return.

The food was amazing as always. Service was top notch. If you haven’t tried the mixed grill here, you’re really missing out.

Desi murgh on the bone, chili chicken and the fish in the mix grill was lovely. I would avoid the chili chips they tasted bitter and salty. The staff lady couldn't believe we gave feedback about this and said they meant to taste this way. She also mentioned nobody else complained about them so it actually didn't matter that we said anything.

Always a great experience. Though the wait for food was longer than we were told, the food, as ever, was amazing. I would always recommend having the grill, but the loaded fries are excellent, as is everything else!

Had a experience of raw chicken, asked for a replacement and that also came out raw. Chefs argued that thigh meat is pink inside. Would not recommend

Not my first visit.. tip for diners, it can get very busy towards the end of the week. Recommended to book in advance for groups of 6 or more. How ever i visited on a tuesday evening and found it quieter my friend and myself had no problem finding a table. Our orders were taken quickly and foid arrived promptly.. Tastes amazing, mixed grill is outstanding

Great food and excellent value in a relaxed environment. Champy's is a great example of a Desi pub, with bustling atmosphere, good food and great value. Unpretentious setting with fresh cooked delicious food and fast service. The large screens in the dining area always show live sports, so it's a great venue to watch football / cricket while pigging out.

Food was great. Especially the mixed grills.. Atmosphere was good. Service not brilliant. But was super busy so probably why. . The staff very friendly too. Overall love it & definitely recommend .

This place used to be the bollox but now it's overpriced and badly cooked. 28 quid for the top mixed grill now not 18 and so after a few five quid a pints of beer I ordered butter chicken for £9.50 (just the curry). Came burnt to the point I could only taste burnt and wife had goat curry she wasn't impressed with. Maybe worth forking out if you are flush but I won't be coming back at these prices when I have to pay nearly 20 quid to get here and back in taxis. Happy new year to any Nepali staff still working here but on the taste of this I doubt there is any.

So we came here for the first time on a friend's recommendation and we are happy we did. We have struggled to find Indian cuisine restaurant that offers that little more than the average but this could be he one. Pros: The establishment has a very lovely vibe and feel, much higher than you average pub. You can come here semi relaxed or fairly done up for the day or evening get out. Table order service was a nice touch. Outdoor space: is decent sized and very summer space. The food: The medium mix grill is delicious and enough for two people if you add a side of some sort and a naan. The tikka and Sheesh kebab are cut above the rest. Staff are friendly. CONS: Food: the fries we ordered came out alittle cold. And you have to pay upfront which is just not the norm I'm used to and caught me off guard alittle. Food & drink serving times: unfortunately you cannot eat food until after 2pm weekends and 4pm weekdays+ drinks. Would be ideal to serve at 12pm on weekends to ensure you can go for an early lunch. But would recommend this place to all and any

What an absolute gem of a place 💎 Service was brilliant, food was amazing and the price was very reasonable! I came here on 13/05/23 at 2pm with a friend for a catch up and food. Everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere matched that. I will definitely be coming back and I would 100% recommend it to others 👍

Food is fabulous. Prices are reasonable, for the quality of the food. The 4 star for service, is only because you usually have quite a long wait to get a table on Friday Saturday. The service after you sit is excellent. Definitely worth a visit. The Fish Pakora is heavenly.

Came here a few months ago mid week and was shocked how busy it was! Shows how popular it is. We managed to get a table in the bar, menu was good with a great selection of food. We shared a large mixed grill and it was amazing!! Great portion size and plenty of variety. It came with sauces which were lovely and the price was brilliant for the amount you got. Food came out quickly and staff were friendly. You have to be on alert to flag down someone to take your order but we assumed it was due to how busy they were. Will definitely be returning!

Atmosphere was a a really great place, good value of money with all items on the menu very reasonably priced. Staff are all amazing and very friendly. Wait times can be an issue on weekends and Friday evenings. Good selection of high end spirits . Food portion has gone down a little over the years but can understand withe cost of living going up and food taste may slightly dipped over time but could just be an anomaly the time I went but overall a good place.

First time here .thourghly. enjoyed it ..it was a family occasion. So we had a wide variety of dishes on our table..everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals..I had medium mixed grill ..wings chops chicken breast ..served on a hot plate with onions ...reasonably priced..a with variety of drinks..staff working extremely hard and all very friendly..it does get extremely busy .and you can't book ..but its well worth the wait. We will definitely be going again

We've been going to Champy's since it was 3 tables. The food this time was just as good as ever. It was quite busy but service was fairly quick. It's just a bit big and noisy now but we will keep going for the crispy wings.

Rude staff. Today i parked in the car park. Wanted to drop my kids off to a kids party at pepes. I wanted to come back with my partner to eat at champneys whilst waiting for the kids to eat.
