    The receptionist I experienced today was incredibly rude and abrupt. The most unprofessional and unfriendly service i’ve ever received. This was my first (and last) visit here. I witnessed her speak to a waiting patient with such dismissal and disrespect. The patient had obviously been waiting a while and asked how much longer she would have to wait, the rude receptionist answered “you’re not the only patient the Dr has to see, so he’ll call you when he’s ready”. The lady walked off clearly embarrassed by her response. Then the receptionist answered the phone, and came across patronising to the person on the end of the line, “no we can’t help you, we’ve just taken on 3000 patients and we can’t handle them let alone adding another patient to that” she continued to be rude then ended the call. Then it was my turn to receive her “customer service” she asked the dr I am seeing today, as i’m not a patient here (thankfully) I didn’t have a record of the doctor i’m seeing, I just gave her my name and DoB. She responded “well if you don’t know who it is your seeing how am I supposed to know” taken a back by her abruptness I explained I was here for an ultrasound and haven’t been given a Drs name. Again that was received with attitude and she said “exactly, so your hear for an ultrasound so you need to just go and sit down over there” That obviously didn’t go down too well with me and had a few choice words for her. If it wasn’t for her I must say upon having my ultrasound the staff I dealt with there after were very helpful and polite but just a shame that the person on the front desk lets the surgery down. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was an older and big lady with glasses.

    Dr Sullivan is not only an excellent Doctor, he is a superb human being that shows great empathy and is a good listener who never rushes my appointment time. He is approachable & friendly. He promptly addresses my concerns and gets me on the right track to making me well again. Thank you for all you do Meta.

    I had an appointment for 12:15am i was let in much after whisky everyone else had gone in. This might’ve just been off how bad my doctor was. I had an appointment for my eye and i just got told me to moisturise it and didn’t acknowledge any other information I had stated. I have already been moisturising my eyes for months anyways. This is just my experience with my doctor.

    Received notice early evening before the appointment - was not notified otherwise, couldn't understand the nurse/whoever called, they said they would send me the address, and didn't. So I've had to travel to Dudley in the hope I might find the right place, been on the phone for around four hours trying to find the right place and now have to come back in December, all because of a member of staff with abysmal communication skills being incapable of sending a text or email. Can't wait to go in December.

    I attended for a MRI yesterday. I had previously been too anxious to have one having had a poor experience at Sandwell. The staff here were fantastic… professional… reassuring and kind. I immediately had faith and confidence in them. They made me feel so safe … I can’t thank them enough 😊

    Explained my husbands health problems to Brooke (Receptionist) and put him down for an emergency appt and informed callback would be upto 8pm that day (Friday). Later that day sure enough a call from GP was made & a home visit planned. Thank you to all the care that has been shown to us, we applaud the hardwork you are doing.

    Worst ever service I ever received. I ordered on 5th of Aug for my 97 years old mum and today is 22nd Aug no track of order, rang 4/5 times every time same reply this week you will get it, its issue with manufacturer. If you guys dnt hv item in stock why u took money n why its not showing out of stock? Not sure when will I get the item Ridiculous

    The doctors and staff within this building are brilliant been a patient here for 30+ years never had an issue staff and nurses very professional and friendly dr Sullivan in my view is fantastic so old school and knows what he’s talking about explains everything clearly.. seeing face to face if needed unlike some other surgeries 5* from me…

    i liked to say thank you for the lady who checked my limbs today she was very understanding and polite she exsplaind thing to me and made sure i was comfortable then hold the door open for me and thats not all she gonna sends some insoles for thanks again loverly nurse

    Arrived at 7past 10 for a 10am appointment no one at the reception downstairs walked into to the dental clinic was directed to the first floor got there and after an hour wait was told my daughter would not be seen ..it cost me 12.40 to get there. I had phoned in earlier for direction ..

    Amazing staff at the MRI department, the two lovely gentleman made me really comfortable before the scan. Can’t comment on the rest of Glebefields centre as I didn’t have to go into there.

    Im no longer with this surgery moved to sedgley. Very poor service. Unable to get appointments for weeks. Poor reception staff. Worst pharmacy ive ever known.. when u experience a well run health centre u then realise who poor this centre is

    First time ever being appointed this care centre., it was THEE… worst iv ever been too. Get a phone call 10 minutes before by a snotty passive aggressive women, my appointment (mri) which I booked the morning off work for. Just to be told it’s cancelled ???! Also tried lying and said tried to ring me earlier when no miss calls no voice mail nothing. Uber is outside (can’t refund). And now need to reschedule ?!?!?! After waiting months for one. Absolutely an and utterly appalling what a joke how acceptable people thing it is to ring 10 minutes before and not days o before no letter nothing. Will rather leg fall off, then wait for another MRI with this place.

    Very bad service. When I came to the gate I had to wait outside with my mom who are over 76 years old because they couldn't find the key to open the gate and when someone came to open the gate she didn't tell me anything like hi,hello or good morning!!! In the waiting room the light was not working it was really dark. Avoid this place if possible.

    The GP made s referral for an MRI scan to Sandwell hospital. But they sent to Glebefields medical centre But Sandwell had failed to send a text or a letter. I had to spend two hours before the details were disclosed So rushed for the scan but arrived late by about 15 mins . The reception said the appointment had been cancelled. We said that now we are so can my son face the scan. Also told her that we have been madly let down. Having spoken to staff we were refused. Despite the fact that there was no one waiting. So we left but the receptionist rang to inform of zero tolerance. All we did was to express the fact that we were let down. Then the receptionist told us to come back tomorrow morning about 8: 45am so forms can be filled. On arrival we found the shutters were down. And no sign of the receptionist We waited as we could see no one .Eventually a staff was seen from another department going to her off who advised us to just wait. The scan was done but forms to complete. It is being as a third party but the service is very poor The staff cannot make out the difference between abuse and a challenge to the service. Unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist and the staff who refused to allow a scan when he had the time Public services working in a caring environment. But lack compassion. I hope this matter is investigated and the professional are reminded of their role and responsibilities. Aggressive and lacking in empathy. May be her thinking and decision making was governed by the fact they were dealing with an Asian family. The matter needs looking into it . Please respond if you have to . Thank you

    Receptionist was away for over 30 mins, absolutely no signs to tell me where the ultrasound is. So ended up missing my appointment to be told I have to rebook.

    Lovely staff, Dr Sullivan has known me since I was at school and knows my mental health issues, always listens and never feels rushed even when it’s busy. Gives me correct medication and helps me with my needs...His the best doctor our there! Very caring and a brilliant doctor. Great place x

    Absolute joke of a place phone up today in pain with earache knowing that all it nèeds is syringing only to be told I need to see a doctor first before the nurse can do it and then being told I can see the doctor in 8 days time. When I asked what could I take for the pain was told I need to see a doctor as she's not in a position to prescribe medicine but I'd have to wait in pain for 8 days... as I said joke of a place

    like many of these centres now, this a multi-purpose building with quite a few different areas for e.g. MRI scanning, Foot health, Opticians, etc + there is a pharmacy on site too... although the reception area is manned, doesn't seem to be manned all the time, but they seem to have the self-check-ins are various points...
