Absolutely disgusting service this morning, went to have my bloods done which was booked in last week, spoke to the receptionist and she spoke to my sister so rude and disrespectful ‘well can I have your date of birth’ ‘ the lady is on lunch what do you expect me to do’ I cannot believe when a person is already under so much stress that we get spoke to like dirt. The lady was Asian name beginning with A something under the lines of asha. You cannot treat people the way you do we are all human beings and we should feel comfortable to attend this practise and not be spoken to like rubbish.

Been trying for 3 days to get an appt for my son. Can't get through most of the time. Holding on for 4 hours over 2 calls yesterday only to be cut off twice at position 2. Been the same for a long time. Terrible.

Appalling, no help for those in need. My mon is ill and needed to see a doctor, instead of giving her a health service you turn her away. Its not the first time this centre has done something like this multiple times it has been done across me. Upon walking in, the reception staff have closed up as early as 4 and are quite ignorant. What is worse doctors are unaware of this and cant get to their patients. Something needs to be done.

This health centre isn't reliable and I'd stay away if you have severe med or chronic conditions, they play with their patients lives and don't care about them. They'll change your emergency appointments last minute when you arrive and swear at you for no reason ? NHS needs to investigate their behaviour and deal with this !

Big Health Center caters for multiple GP's, also has optician and chemist on site. Lift for other floors is available with wheelchair access. Ample free parking.

I had appointment at Neptune Health Centre yesterday 20th July at 13.35 for ultra sound. I told the lady at reception that I was hearing impaired, then asked her where to go, instead of trying to explain, she came round to me and took me to the ultra sound department. How nice for her to do that. Once again explained to the 2 ladies doing my ultra sound that had hearing problem, they were very considerate indeed, and patient. So my overall experience with this centre reflects in the stars given.

Went for ultrasound, the lady who was doing scan, she was a lovely woman, very nice. Shame same thing can not tell about her assistant, I don’t even know what was her name, she never introduced herself, the only thing I remember about her that she was disgustingly rude and grumpy. I believe if she got an opportunity she would throw me out. I was already not feeling good due to the scan, on top of that her attitude, really made my Monday

Absolutely appalling service, would be better used as a community centre. Have severe pains in my right hip and knee and after several attempts I couldn't make appointment to see a doctor. So took the initiative to go straight to hospital (Russell's Hall), but they were unable to do anything without a referral from a doctor, so I was back to square one. Eventually got a doctors appointment again after several attempts. Doctor suggested that I was to visit hospital for x-rays and to get phone number from reception. Tried number but rang continuously after several attempts, went back to reception only to find number was wrong. Got right number and got through to x-ray department (Rowley Regis) but had to wait for an appointment to come through. Appointment eventually came through and I had x-rays and waited to hear back for results. Received a text message from the surgery to contact them for the results. Again I have been trying to get through to talk to someone with no success and I was also told (automated) I would get a call back when it was my turn, that was 4 days ago. Whilst this has been going on I have torn the plantar on my left foot adding further pain. I also have a condition called Barrett's Oesophagus and mild asthma which means I take pain killers with caution. I have now started to pass blood because of the need to take pain killers to numb the pain. I am not a hanger on and I don't want sympathy, I just want to see a doctor and address these issues. I have my own business and want to keep working, but it is getting harder by the day, particularly with walking and bending getting more difficult.

OMD, I have tried to book a GP appointment for a week now, I had a prostate cancer biopsy and have acute back pain and other symptoms.. I have been told, no you can't see a doctor and to ring 111. God help us, we will become a fatality and they will say sorry to our loved ones... Basically Help!!!!!!!!!

Was once my doctors surgery. Got some good doctors and nurses. Hardest part is getting an appointment. Stuck up receptionist reserves appointment's for family and friends and it's hard for anyone else to get an appointment unless you complain.

Usual tel issue to get through at 8am, no ftf appts left Tel consultation (Fri) resulting in ftf Mon. Fabulous GP S Ratu, called in immediately upon arrival (early), friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, exudes confidence, explained plan. Very happy patient.

Unprofessional. Have been trying to make an appointment for 7 days and always told fully booked. They have no time for the patients they have yet are constantly taking on new patients. No common sense or respect for patients. Worst surgery I have ever known

Rang dead on 11 as instructed, was number 24 in the queue. At 12.05 I was down to number 17 in the queue. I had been number 17 for 28 mins by then. I had to go out to an appointment so had to disconnect the call. Disgraceful!

Recption staff are very rude and let the health centre down badly. Apart from that it's seemed like a very good place. They have free parking and toilets inside the centre, there's also a lift, aswell as a staircase for patients to access any clinic upstairs. There is a pharmacy onsite that is very well stocked and has a good range of things inside.

The staff are quite friendly and some of their specialists are very nice. Parking can take time but you can usually find a space, and waiting times at the help desk can usually take time, as for some reason every time I have visited, there is only one person on the desk at a time.

Asked for a reminder about my appointment. It was sent two minutes before the appointment time. Broke my neck to get there 15 minutes late. One phlebotomist buggered off and the other told me I was too late. She had one patient more and a blood test takes a minute. Shan't br going there again.

The Neptune health park emergency doctor was very helpful she took my blood pressure and it was 214 over 155 and she asked if I was fine no pains or dizzyness and no pains in my arms. The staff was friendly and very helpful and it was very clean I would go there again not like our doctors that all they are interested in is sending u down the a and e.

Very disappointed when tried twice to enquire about a tetanus jab. Was on phone from 8am this morning till gone 10, only to be told all appointments were gone and to contact 111 or go to nearest walk in center which is in sandwell. Hard to get there with no transport or money

I have been trying to get a doctor's appt for 3 weeks. Called 111 tonight and even they are stating that no appointments are showing for this surgery. What's going on ? Is it a doctor's !! Really concerning.
