I went to see if my gold could be repaired and I have received the most horrific customer experience! The seller was a female. When I asked to see a gold set she only showed me the earrings to the set. When I asked her where was the full set she aggressively snapped and said 'I'M DOING MY JOB' three times. She initially did show me the set, but when I asked her for the price of the set she again rudely snapped saying 'BUY IT OR LEAVE'. I'm sorry but this has ruined my stay in Walsall, I regret coming here and I will not be coming back :/

As a family we have ALWAYS shopped from Laxmi Jewellers for our special occasions. Including today and the previous few times we have visited we have felt the lady has been very rude and felt that she just wants to get rid of us. I showed her a set and she repeatedly told me gold in pictures just looks different, I just wanted to know if they could make a set with that design. I then asked to see bangles and she told me to come back tomorrow, as a working woman it’s difficult but she told me that if you want gold you have to come see it. We were going to buy a number of sets and bangles but with that attitude we felt it was best to take our custom elsewhere. Laxmi Jewellers have lost loyal customers.
