Those that preferred to keep warm were sleeping inside. However, unlike a lot of zoos, you can see inside all the enclosures. It was adorable watching the sleepy foxes and raccoons all cuddles up. All the enclosures are very large and natural. Most of the time it is just a caged off area in the woods. Both the wolves and otters had the longest enclosure I have ever seen. This zoo is very friendly and takes good care of the animals. The only hurt animal we noticed was one of the wolves, who seemingly got bitten by one of its mates. But the wound seemed very fresh, so I think/hope they took care of it and it still had to heal. The staff was very friendly and the ticket is totally worth the price! Good to know: 1. you can not bring a dog with you. It says so clearly on the site but I saw a lot of complaints in the reviews about this. 2. The animal habitats are nice and open so no lions behind glass or anything like that. Only downside to this is the animals have plenty of space to hide so you might not get to see everything. There could be a bit more places to get some food or a drink since there is 1 spot near the entrance that is not part of the zoo itself, then the little snack hut and I think a restaurant across it (closed when we were there), this means everything is at the entrance so no drinks or anything at the other side of the park.

Didn't try the restaurant , we had food with us which we enjoyed on a good patch of grass near the lake. Overall a fun day with kids.

Nice wildpark. Fed the otters and the brown bears. Walked 6,5km to see all the animals. It was just out of season so the restaurant was closed. We needed to walk all the way to the front to go outside and eat at the restaurant near the entrance. With a stamp we could enter the park again. The kids enjoyed the playground.

Dazu verfügt die Anlage über einen Kiosk, Restaurant und tollen großen Spielplatz für Kinder. Man kann Tageskarten, aber auch für knapp über 100€ eine Jahreskarte erhalten und somit mehrmals im Jahr diese tolle Atmosphäre genießen. Kleiner Tipp: wir sind gern sehr früh Morgens oder unter der Woche vor Ort. An Wochenenden und bei schönem Wetter kann es sehr voll werden.

Richtig toller Tierpark, Spielplätze, große Gehege und viel zu entdecken! Wer Hunger hat kann direkt neben dem Park noch lecker essen gehen! Kinder zahlen ab 3 Jahren ☺️

Waren außerhalb der Ferien an eine Wochentag nachmittags dort. Gefühlt waren wir fast alleine in dem Park. Große Anlage, viele Tiere. Die Tiere werden artgerecht gehalten. Deshalb kann es an manchen Gehegen passieren, dass man mal kein Tier zu Gesicht bekommt. Das ist aber in Ordnung. Hier spielen die Tiere, die Natur und das Drumherum gleichermaßen eine große Rolle. Es gibt auch einen Spielplatz. Somit ist der Park für klein und groß zu empfehlen.

Ich war heute mit meiner Partnerin in diesem Wildpark und uns beiden hat er äußert gut gefallen. Die Gehege sind weitläufig, wodurch man nicht jedes Tier auf Anhieb entdeckt aber das ist überhaupt nicht schlimm. Man hat richtig Freude daran, langsam ums Gehege zu gehen und die Tiere zu suchen. Man kann auf Grund der Größe den ganzen Tag hier verbringen und das zu einem sehr fairen Eintrittspreis. Auch der kleine Imbiss, in der Mitte vom Park, läd zum Ausruhen ein. Also wir kommen sicherlich wieder 👌

Ganz toller Tierpark mitten im Wald , so ziemlich alles Naturbelassen, gefallen hat es mir sehr . Aufgefallen ist mir die tolle Sauberkeit im Park , nicht ein Fitzelchen Papier lag am Boden . Ich bin begeistert gewesen, und kann jedem den Park empfehlen . Auch wenn ich nicht alle vorhandenen Tiere gesehen habe, der Spaziergang lohnte sich dennoch .

Wunderschöner Tierpark den man auch bei hohen Temperaturen (wir hatten über 30 Grad an dem Tag) gut besuchen kann. Sehr viel Schatten durch viele alte Bäume. Und das Restaurant am Eingang ist traumhaft zum sitzen und macht sehr gutes Essen. Ich hatte Cordon Bleu....einfach spitze. Alles ein Besuch wert !

Im Schweizer Haus bekommt man leckeren Kaffe und man kann sich dort mit ein paar kleinen Gerichten etwas stärken.
