Zusätzlich kam dann noch der Befehl "über die Nase", daraufhin kam von mir die Antwort "Geh mir nicht auf den Sack". Vielleicht können sich die anderen Kollegen (3) die mit ihr an dem Stand waren daran erinnern. Natürlich kann diese Person nicht wissen das ich Allergiker bin aber einem Kunden so entgegen zu treten ist einfach nur unglaublich. Beim Bezahlen an der Kasse das gleiche Bild! Einer Kundin die im Elektrischen Rollstuhl sitzt hat man an der Eingangsschranke zugeworfen "da kommen sie nicht raus" anstelle mal zu fragen "darf oder kann ich ihnen Helfen"!!! Diese "freundliche" Mitarbeiterin habe ich dann einmal darauf hingewiesen wie Vorbildlich man hier auf das tragen der Masken achtet aber sich in keinster Weise darum gekümmert wird ob ein Einkaufswagen für die Kundschaft desinfiziert wird. Ihre Aussage war nur "draußen sind Sachen zum desinfizieren" das kann jeder Kunde selbst machen. Ich habe keine Sachen gefunden, außer einem Spender zur Händedesinfektion. Ich habe trotzdem wieder einmal Waren im Wert von über 100 Euro gekauft werde aber mein Geld demnächst wenn möglich wo anders hin bringen. Ein Lächeln vom Personal kann man in dieser Zeit schwer erkennen aber ein wenig mehr Feingefühl in den Aussagen darf man wohl erwarten!
