I have two items not delivered since more than 5 days. One tracking shows one package is at Head office and other other one is at Ambalangoda branch from 4 days. Couldn't contact any branch for get the information. Always all mobile and landlines are busy or not answering. It's acceptable with the pandemic situation to delay a parcel. But there should be a way to get the information. Poor customer service! Poor responsiveness! Not recommending!

Very very poor service, never answer a phone. It took 14 days to deliver a tv from colombo to galle. Fu$&king currier service.

This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. Their contact nnumber are also not working. I didn't recive my parcel yet. Now it's two months. I called head office and they said call Ambalangoda brach. But their any contact number didn't work properly. Never sens anything via this courier service. This is the worst courier service..

Dont answer calls. Even though you get more than 25 calls they do not call back. Better to visit physically.

Very fast delivery and good service

My package hasn't been received yet. It has been around 2 weeks! They're saying they don't have fuel to distribute the packages. Like I get it but what's the point of taking a package to deliver if you ultimately can't. Waste of time.

Courier people are not doing there job, my order was not delivered for 04 days, they call and confirmed me the address, but didn’t show up yet, when i called the courier guy, he is saying i will deliver today, this happened for 04 days and item is still with courier person, guys never use this courier service ever
