I
have
written
to
the
customer
service
in
the
summer
of
2020
on
ending
my
contract
for
2021,
and
received
the
confirmation.
I
thought
with
one
year
to
process,
there
should
not
be
a
problem.
However,
my
contract
ended
officially
in
June
2021,
but
still,
fitness
first
deducted
money
from
my
bank
account
continuously,
and
for
period
of
june-july
(after
my
contract
ending
date),
it
was
even
deducted
3
times!!!
Twice
it
was
mixed
with
other
installments
collection
(during
the
lock
down
period),
so
it
was
not
that
easy
for
the
customer
to
find
out
-
feels
really
sneaky,
I
only
found
out
when
I
checked
the
bank
statement
history
very
closely
in
details!!!
I
wrote
to
customer
service
at
least
with
10
emails,
took
them
long
time
to
reply,
and
I
have
sent
several
reminders,
they
only
replied
seldomly,
and
saying
they
will
"correct
the
mistake",
but
somehow,
I
still
did
not
get
my
money
back,
now
it
is
almost
3
months
after
my
contract
ending
date,
they
have
deducted
5
months'
installments
from
my
bank,
and
probably
continuously!!!
I
can
not
believe
how
unprofessional
and
what
a
scam
this
company
is!!
The
customer
service
is
almost
equal
to
zero
on
any
complaints
and
help,
they
have
also
rejected
to
receive
my
pfandkarte
and
return
the
deposit!
If
you
are
thinking
to
sign
up
with
fitness
first,
be
careful!
It
could
be
deducting
your
money
in
a
"tricky"
way
and
you
should
check
closely
every
month!!!
If
you
are
seeking
to
end
your
contract,
check
your
bank
statements
closely
in
details
even
after
the
contract
ending
date,
and
do
not
forget
within
8
weeks,
you
can
reject
any
illegal
direct
debit
made
by
unprofessional
company
or
from
any
scam!
