I
completed
a
refresher
diving
course
yesterday
as
it's
been
3
years
since
my
last
dive
(due
to
the
pandemic
etc)
and
I
wasn't
feeling
confident
to
go
diving
on
an
upcoming
trip.
I
chose
dive4life
because
the
indoor
center
allows
for
other
factors
such
as
weather,
current
strength,
and
visibility
to
be
controlled
for
so
that
I
could
just
focus
on
foundational
and
safety
skills.
We
were
a
group
of
5
and
some
hadn't
been
diving
for
over
20
years,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
all
were
feeling
confident
again!
Our
guide,
Oliver,
was
very
patient
and
competent
and
made
it
known
that
there
was
no
pressure
and
that
we
could
just
do
what
we
were
comfortable
with
in
terms
of
diving
depth.
Luckily,
we
were
all
feeling
reassured
and
ended
up
all
choosing
to
complete
a
20m
dive,
even
those
who
had
a
lot
of
anxiety
starting
off
the
course.
Long
story
short,
highly
recommend,
