My
stay
in
the
clinic
gave
me
a
lot
of
new
insights
and
tools
for
dealing
with
depression.
There
are
many
different
therapy
groups,
so
that
everyone
can
take
what
suits
them
and
helps
them
further.
In
my
opinion,
the
concept
of
the
clinic
is
based
very
much
on
the
fact
that
people
deal
with
themselves
and
their
illness
independently,
even
between
groups.
You
also
have
enough
time
for
this,
as
there
are
always
breaks
between
the
individual
therapies.
The
space
in
the
clinic
is
actually
quite
cramped
-
made
worse
by
Corona
-
and
I
often
lacked
places
to
retreat.
In
summer
this
is
certainly
less
of
a
problem
due
to
the
proximity
to
the
English
Garden.
The
city
library
and
the
cafés
around
it
are
also
certainly
good
places
for
breaks
outside
of
a
lockdown.
There
is
a
relaxation
room,
a
study
and
the
canteen,
which
can
also
be
used
as
a
lounge
outside
of
meal
times.
Speaking
of
the
canteen:
very
tasty,
balanced
food,
also
a
lot
of
vegetarian
or
vegan
food.
Reiner,
the
chef,
is
incredibly
nice
and
creates
a
really
good
atmosphere.
What
I
liked
best
about
the
clinic
was
that
you
were
treated
on
an
equal
level
and
that
you
were
perceived
and
taken
seriously
as
a
PERSON,
consistently
by
all
the
clinic
employees.
The
conversations
with
my
individual
therapist
and
the
head
doctors
(there
was
a
change)
were
very
helpful
and
in
a
pleasant
atmosphere.
Since
almost
all
therapies
are
carried
out
in
a
fixed
reference
group
of
eight
people,
you
get
to
know
your
fellow
patients
quite
well
and
can
help
each
other.
Conclusion:
I
had
a
strenuous
but
really
positive
one
Time
in
the
clinic,
which
helped
me
a
lot.
Thank
you!
